We go to the Paducah area once a year on a golf trip and this place was perfect. We had 10 guys and it had plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely go back again.

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. This house was perfect for our large family that was in town for wedding. Very clean and everything we needed.

Our stay was very smooth and comfortable. The property managers made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. Our family likes that there is a place for all of us to stay.

Great space for family

We were a large group doing a family get together on a dive trip. We had plenty of space to hang out, cook, and relax after diving. The house is clean and well stocked for necessity items.

Lots of room! We had 7 people and didn't even fill up half the beds. Great location, everyone was comfortable and we all got a great night's sleep.

We have stayed here 4 times. Always has been a good experience. Lots of beds for everyone. Noticed some up grades new couch and love seat. And updates in the kitchen. We'll be renting again.

This was our second stay at this property - we stayed one ight on our way to Illinois for our son's wedding and then one night on the way back. My husband left his expensive pillow on the first night and when I contacted the host, he said his cleaning team had found it and would keep it in the storage closet until we came back. When we arrived for the second stay, the pillow was there. I'm quite happy with this rental. although the home is quite rustic - farmhouse chic, I supposed, the amenities are great. The beds are very comfortable and very clean - I stripped the beds and the mattress pads were pristine; whereas in many rental I have stayed at the mattress pads are stained - ugh. This host knows how to treat his guests. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels, soaps etc. There were snacks in the kitchen and coffee for the drip coffee machine (so I didn't have to dig through the van to find mine). The home is spacious with a cute outdoor sitting area in the back and a porch swing in front.

Wedding Family

We came to Paducah for niece wedding. The places was perfect for mysel, my sister family and my daughter family. We could all stay together. The wedding was at Commonwealth Event Center right down the road. It was perfect.

Highly recommend

The property is as described. Plenty of space for our group. We coud not have been happier. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely reserve again when in the Paducah area.

Great house. There are 10 of us. We've always had a good stay. Only things that would be an improved is more seating in the living room and a blender. Overall a great experience. We'll be back.

Family Reunion

Worked well for our group. Host was responsive to any concern. Kitchen and laundry are are well equipped. Four bedrooms are upstairs (we knew that so weren't surprised) and might be a problem if more than one person has mobility issues.

Delightful getaway

My family has a little reunion and couldn't but have asked for a better place to do it. Great location, quiet and peaceful. We had dinners together on the large dining room table and played games in the living room as well as made smores on the outdoor patio that was well lit up and perfectly designed. Loved everything about it. Thank you for the space and time. I hope there are more properties to come from this company.

This is a great property! Lots of room. Great seating for dining! Thank you for having quality Kleenex in many rooms. A few things to consider: The surge protector on the fridge and toaster popped a couple of times. There was not enough silverware and measuring spoons were missing. Thank you for providing a clean sponge! The can openers did not work well and created jagged edges on the cans. It would be nice to have one or two more pancake flippers as well as some larger glass dishes for microwaving. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed the property! It is clean and we'll maintained. We received prompt responses to messages. Thank you!
