The Dim Light Penthouse is situated on the second floor of the historic Lenox Building in Downtown Paducah. Bathed in natural light, the unit offers stunning views of Broadway through expansive living room windows. This building has undergone an extensive two-year restoration and renovation, one of the most significant projects of its kind in Paducah’s history.
Designed with our guests’ experience in mind, no detail has been overlooked in creating this flagship property. The condo is adorned with carefully selected historical and contemporary artwork throughout. For entertainment, enjoy the in-home theater featuring a 100` screen and plush sofas, perfect for relaxing with your favorite shows or movies.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own private in-suite bathroom. The Primary Suite boasts a spacious walk-in shower and retains the building’s original clawfoot bathtub, a nod to its late 1800s origins as a boarding house. The guest bedrooms feature their own bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.
Guests will have full private access to the entire second floor of the building. None of these spaces are shared.

Group and Event Policy: We do not accommodate group bookings, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit any form of gatherings or events on our premises.
Smoking and Pets: Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly forbidden within our premises.
Guest Access: Access to the building is restricted to registered guests only, as indicated on the reservation. Any additional guests must receive prior approval from the property owner.
Security Measures: In an effort to protect our property and ensure the safety of our guests, we maintain a comprehensive 24/7 surveillance system, consisting of exterior security cameras. These cameras are actively monitored to ensure the highest level of security and safety.
