Very nice unit, comfortable, well stocked for home cooking and serving. Great view from lanai. Easy to communicate with hosts.

Exactly as described, great

This place was spacious, clean, conveniently located and the property management could not have been nicer to work with. The complex felt private and quiet and not over crowded at all, but also right next to everything. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Great home, huge living room, and lovely view from the lanai. The bed was also very comfy and the AC worked well. The location was convenient and it had all the amenities we could use. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a more perfect VRBO unit! The ocean view was INCREDIBLE, the hosts were always very quick to respond, and the check in/out process was a breeze. We cannot wait to return to Kauai and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful

Beautiful views from a perfect location. Convenient to beaches and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. Rooms were surprisingly large and had a nice tradewind breeze. Easily the nicest decorated rental we ever stayed in- knew it was a win when we saw Robin McCoy's art on the walls. Would love to stay longer next time!

The condo was very nice and comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The condo is walking distance to everything. We had a wonderful time! Beautiful view!

Love the location

Beautiful grounds with a great pool, stunning view and convenient to beaches and other activities. The owner was helpful, fair and sent lovely flowers for our anniversary! The unit is due for some updates (which they are working on) but nothing that took away from our trip!

EXCELLENT FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY!

This was our first time to Kauai and we could not have chosen a better condo to stay for our 25th Anniversary! Everything was excellent and the location perfect for all that we planned! The host was gracious in giving suggestions for things to do during our 10 days being on the island. So many great sites, restaurants and things to do as well as walks on the beach and lounging by the sparkling pool! Thank you so much and we already want to come back for even longer!

Absolutely perfect

Our first time in Hawaii was above and beyond our expectations. The unit we were in was comfortable and exactly what the photos showed. Dale was great with keeping me updated and quick to reply when I had questions.

Fabulous experience

Owners thought of everything that vacationers would want and need, even if they didn’t know it! Slight disappointment that second bathroom was under renovation. Some deep cleaning and carpet shampooing should be considered. But overall experience was incredible!

Perfection in Kauai

We’ve discovered our dream retreat in Kauai within the embrace of this VRBO condo. Both the owner and the property management team were not only responsive but an absolute joy to interact with. Nestled in the perfect spot in Poipu, this condo gifted us with breathtaking sunset views, enchanting whale sightings, and proximity to our beloved beaches and scenic walks. Whether it’s strolling to shops and restaurants or indulging in a round of golf, everything is conveniently within reach. The unit itself is a haven of comfort, thoughtfully appointed with renovated bathrooms that exude loveliness. The bed is a cocoon of relaxation, and the kitchen, equipped with everything one could possibly desire in terms of kitchenware, truly enhances the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to the next chapter of our Kauai adventures, with hopes of securing this haven once again. Wonderful location and view

It was my first trip to Kauai and I couldn't have gotten luckier. The condo is in a great location across the street from the beach. Watching the sunset from the balcony every night was magical. The unit is quite large and has everything you need, too.

Nice Koloa Property

The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the impeccably maintained gardens and pool area. It took us a few days to learn how to work the tv’s but after all we came here to be outside. The unit needs some maintenance such as a new rug in the living room and some new hallway runners.

Poipu Kapili = GREAT VACA RENTAL!

Poipu Kapili has become my favorite place to stay in Kauai & this unit did not disappoint! Very comfortable home away from home & had all extras as needed. This side of building also boasts the best sunset views!

Awesome Condo, Amazing Location!

We loved staying here! The condo was the perfect size for my family of three. The location can't be beat - right across the street from ocean where the sea turtles hang out and walking distance to the major resorts, beaches, and restaurants. We were not able to rent a car due to car rental shortage but walked everywhere! Also, we enjoyed playing tennis & pickle ball and lounging by the pool.

Dear guest,
I know you will truly enjoy our property, it is decorated with many classic antiques from around the world. My wife Dana and I purchased this property in hopes of spending a few weeks a year on beautiful Kauai. We used to own a restaurant on Kauai called Dude Dogs in the Kukuiula center. Unfortunately I became ill and we had to close the restaurant. But now I am better and we decided to come home to this wonderful and amazing Island. I have been a real estate broker for over 45 years now and believe me when I say this, I have looked long and far and have finally found a little piece of heaven in our condo. We currently live in Pleasanton Calif. in the San Francisco bay area. I would say we have the best of both worlds, it is so hard leaving and going back to the bay, but if we didn't you wouldn't be able to enjoy what we have. Stay safe and enjoy.

This property as you can see by the photos is less than 100 yards off the ocean. It is also one of the few condos in our complex that gets nearly a year round view of the sunset, there are a couple of weeks in the early summer that you might have to walk out to the wall to see the sunset as it moves around to the West for a short period of time. That and the fact that you can walk to snorkeling or diving and also to a wonderful beach right in front of the Sheraton which is directly next door, and also shopping is within walking distance. Our if quite and private but the balcony view is second to none.
