BEETHOVEN is a beautiful spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the city center in a residential area, a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The proximity of Nice Ville train station will allow you to easily discover all the wonders of the Côte D’Azur and its surroundings.



The apartment has modern decoration. The white walls and furniture accentuate the brightness in the apartment due to its southern exposure. The light parquet and the wooden furniture provide warmth for a cozy atmosphere. You will enjoy the large sofa where you can relax while watching a series on your Netflix account. The king size double bed with a soft and thick mattress of 30 centimeters will be your ideal companion for rejuvenating nights.

Property was clean and photos accurate. Fine print should have been read more properly and distance to Old Town was further than anticipated. The host has very clear and was perfectly organized with directions on key retrieval, location entry, and departure info. That was Excellent. N&J has their act together on communication. Couple of items to note:- very limited toiletry supplies and very poor quality - towels are paper thin- listing says AC, but it is actually only in one room - no AC in the bedroom area. Fan provided was a blessing. - no info on how to dispose of trash and recycle (please add for future guests)- shower is super small and awkwardly designed, but great water pressure.- lighting in bathroom was a mystery, we never found any switch to operate the vanity lighting.- need small tables in the living area to sit drinks, snacks, iPad…etc…- need something to place luggage on- love the blackout blinds- door was a little difficult to unlock - locking door was easy- great location (7 min walk) to access Niceville train Station- great value overall- I would have people enter at 44 vs 26 as this is closest to Elevator A and easier to navigate- 1030AM to return keys is so early - extension to 11AM would be more guest friendly - we did enjoy the property

appartement sans charme

Appartement situé au 1" étage sous un balcon. Les éclairages électriques sont insuffisants. Ameublement peu convivial. Décoration minimale.Les contacts avec la conciergerie sont limités et il faut récupérer les clés à l'agence à l'arrivée avec les bagages et les rapporter au retour. Aucune convivialité.

A good location

The apartment was well equipped with a new feeling bed and comfortable sofa with huge tv! The shower is a small cubicle but plentiful hot water with good pressure. Nice neighbourhood with a grocery store right across the road but the road is quite busy with outbound traffic. The floors really need a good mopping! They were very dirty. A couple of spare towels would have been nice to a week long stay.
