The location was so walkable to many areas in downtown Traverse City. It was ideal to leave our vehicle parked and walk along Front St.

The ONLY drawback to this property is the limited parking. We had to use the parking garage next door and that was $20 for the night. The property was modern,clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Loved the condo. Walking distance to everything we wanted in TVC. Clean. Good communication.We actually managed to park in the designated lot all four days of our trip. Would certainly stay again.

We had a great stay! Owner directions and recommendations were spot on. Very clean and modern condo. Great base camp for exploring Traverse City, Leelanau Peninsula and beyond.

Great property, in the middle of TC. Easy walk to downtown and close to many restaurants. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Perfect for my wife and I!

Condo was exactly as pictured - clean, updated and easy walking distance to so much in the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return, would stay here again. Parking lot was always full but parking lot was literally steps outside the door and parking on the first floor meant overnight parking was free. Highly recommend.

Great Experience

The Capri 106 has a charming aesthetic with great amenities. It’s located less than a 10 minute walk away from many great restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend staying here.
