Fitted with convertible sofa bed (with memory foam mattress), a flat-screen TV, a well-lit work desk, and storage space for your belongings, relax in the living room after spending a long day in the city.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook up delicious homecooked meals including an induction hotplate, microwave, and toaster.

The bathroom contains all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a new shower, a sink, and a toilet. There’s even a washing machine and iron for all your laundry needs!

This home is also equipped with hotel-quality linens, toiletries, as well as fresh towels at no additional charge to ensure you’ll have a pleasant stay.

As your safety and health is our priority, the accommodation will be professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised prior to your visit!

The 5th arrondissement is one of the oldest districts, as it includes part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. It is known for its cultural aspect and a large number of universities. Indeed, there are public institutions such as, the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores.

While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across major sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon dedicated to the memory of the great figures of the nation, the Gallo-Roman baths and the sumptuous medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes.

Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is surely one of the best places for local as traveller!

There are multiple metros located nearby the flat:

- Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) is just 1 min away on foot.
- Jussieu (lines 7 and 10) is 4 mins walk.

There’s also multiple bus stops that serves the area:

Paris-Charles de Gaulle is 50-mins drive from the flat.

- Please note that because of the studio’s proximity to the subway, you may hear it lightly.

- Please note that this is a self-check-in apartment. We will contact you with instructions before your expected arrival. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
