美しい入り口（デジコード）を通過した後、4階のアパートメントに到着します。 入り口はベッドルーム（160 cmベッド）と隣接するバスルーム、独立したトイレ、リビングルーム（快適ソファベッド）/ダイニングルームがある5階と最後のフロアにつながる美しい木製の階段につながります。オープンキッチン、10㎡の小さな花のテラスがあります。 この構成は、2つのベッドの間の歓迎された独立性を提供します。

Wonderful stay

Roseline was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her dining recommendations were perfect. Words cannot do justice to the perfect location. Yes, the steps can be a challenge for some, but a little extra exercise is a good thing. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Roseline war sehr gut, sie war vor Ort, als wir kamen und konnte uns alles zeigen.Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stockwerk, es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber das wussten wir und das war auch überhaupt kein Problem, nur ganz am Anfang die Koffer hochzutragen, war anstrengend. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Stockwerke, unter ist Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Toilette, und oben der Wohnraum und die Kücke und im Anschluss ein kleiner Balkon, den wir aber wegen des kühlen Wetters nur wenig benutzten. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte einwandfrei. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig, das ist äußerst angenehm. Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Seine und des belebten um umtriebigen Quartier Latin. Alles ist vorhanden, Restaurants im Überfluss, kleine Läden, die Metrostation ist in weniger Minuten zu erreichen, und man kann fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen und Galerien erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Roselines Wohnung sehr genossen!!

Week in Paris

Roseline's flat was absolutely perfect for my mother and I's week in Paris. The flat is a wonderful location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, walking distance to many sights and great restaurants/shops. Roseline is a gracious and extremely helpful host! You are in good hands with her.

Paris Central Apartment

Apartment is in a great location and provides everything that is needed. Walking distance to the city centre and easy access to public transport for exploring further afield. Lots of Restaurants and Cafes close by and yet still quiet during the night. The photos and description are accurate and the host provided exceptional communication before and during our stay.

Cute apartment next to the Ile de la Cité

We had a wonderful time, the apartment is close to so many of Paris sights and restaurants that we have been able to walk to where we wanted to go. And the metro is very close too. It was so much fun to have a little home in the core of Paris. The owner is very friendly and a good communicator.

Latin Quarter

The location is spectacular and the apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. It would not be suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs at it is on the 4th/5th floor.

Fabulous apartment in fantastic area - highly recommended!

We had an amazing 10 nights in the apartment and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is wonderful - very quiet but also in walking distance of unlimited food choices and major monuments. Access to Metro was awesome and great line for travelling around Paris. Whilst there is no air-conditioning, there are numerous fans provided and it was lovely to sleep with the windows open in the bedroom. It is very well insulated and even on the warmer nights we had, we were very comfortable with the fans. The terrace was brilliant and large by Paris standards. The lounge and dining area was lovely and the large windows gave us a beautiful sky vista with great breezes. Highly recommended or a long or short stay in Paris. The owner was away at the time and arranged for a local property manager to meet us and they were great and communication with the owner was excellent from the time we made our booking. Very grateful we booked this for our Paris stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, many stairs (as stated in listing), traditional layout. We weren’t able to enjoy the unit much as an extreme pParis heat wave made staying in it unbearable. Not a reflection on the unit or owner, just a climate change unfortunate reality. We used early mornings to see Paris and then just tried to get through heat - not really feasible to do things in afternoon or evening with heat and humidity. Would look forward to going back in “normal” weather and giving good rating as unit and owner deserve it and can’t be blame for Mother Nature. Host was very helpful and communicative.

Perfekt gelegen

Die zauberhafte Dachgeschosswohnung liegt keine 5 Minuten von der Ile de la Cite entfernt. Mit Bäcker und allen Geschäften in der Nähe war es eine toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge.

Perfect apartment in the center of everything.

We loved our stay at Rosaline’s! It truly is in the center of everything: 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the metro station, minutes to numerous cafes, bistros, bakeries, and bars; yet very quiet. It was quite warm while we were in Paris, but even without a/c there are several fans available and plenty of windows that open to provide enough air movement that we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Or two teenage daughters took over the living room with sleeper sofa, and my husband and I had our own space in the bedroom. The stairs are no joke, but they help burn off the daily croissants! We already miss Paris and would definitely stay at Rosaline’s again.

Nice stay

Spent 5 nights at roseline's lovely flat. Very convenient location and the pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. If you have mobility problems then the stairs need to be considered. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the top floor.

Perfect location and hideaway

This flat is wonderfully situated for walking everywhere. Nearby to metro, museums, and restaurants. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet, despite being in the heart of everything. Flat is exactly as pictured in photos. If you are at all infirm and cannot climb steps, please don’t attempt to stay here. We enjoyed the daily workout.

Situation idéale pour Paris

Appartement très calme, mais près de tout. Un quartier de choix (pres de St-Michel:Notre-Dame) où à 2 pas, il est possible le d’avoir accès à tous les bus, métro ou RER. Petite terrasse. Électro ménagers de qualité. Immeuble sécuritaire et propre. Tous les services sont disponibles : boulangerie, épiceries, boutiques, cafés terrasse etc… de cet appartement, on peut visiter Paris à pied.

Charming apartment on the Left Bank

We had a very pleasant stay at Valérie’s apartment. The location was ideal - close to the buzz and restaurants on the Rue de Buci and a short walk from so many great sights like the Musée d’Orsay, the Orangerie, the Louvre and the Marais. Notre Dame is just across a nearby bridge. The place is small (at least for a family of four) but very charmingly decorated with a great deal of flair and good humour. It’s worth noting the four flights of stairs to get there! Overall, we had a very good time there.

This was a great location

This property is just like the pictures show. It is not for the mobility impaired due to the stairs, but it's great if you don't have that problem. It's super close to Notre Dame, it's close to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store (Carrefour City). I wish it had been warmer while we were there because the patio would have been fantastic. The sleeper sofa was fine for our daughter. She said it was comfortable. I wish we'd had more time to spend exploring right around the flat because there were plenty of small streets to stroll down and discover. We did an evening Citroen tour that was just great. They picked us up at the front door and dropped us back. So much fun!

Location, Location, Location

A great place to stay while on a Paris vacation! The apartment is exactly as described and pictured in the listing and definitely provides an urban Paris experience. This was our 12-year-old granddaughter's first Paris trip and it provided her with so much more than we would have had at a hotel. Everything is close by to walk or grab the metro or an RER line, but the apartment is surprisingly very quiet. We did have problems with the internet router, but the owner was quick to respond with someone from the provider and an alternative. Could not have asked for more. Thanks!

The apartment is in a terrific location for many of the key sites of Paris. But it is in a very quiet building.

Wonderful flat perfectly located for all of Paris!

This flat is your home away from homr in Paris! ❤️ I stayed at this flat with my best friend the week that I had a meeting in Paris. We had EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE WANTED!!!! We could walk to all the museums and most sites. For the rest of when we were tired from 20,000 steps, we were close to train to reach other sites and to bring is home. We even had a lovely day in Giverny, and returning to our wonderful flat at the end of the da was so much nicer than any hotel. It was clean, had everything I needed but also was pleasant with lovely little terrace and fresh air. Rosaline the host was very responsive and helpful and I already feel like I have a friend in Paris and loom forward to my next visit and I'll will absolutely try to stay there again. It is a walk up, but the agency met us there and the person who let us in brought up our bags for us making the 4 floor walk up more manageable. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Rosaline for giving is the perfect setting for our trip. I hope to be back soon!
