Love Sandpiper Cove

This was probably our 5th or 6th year staying at this resort. This condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Tracy was great..the first night we went to bed late and noticed the pull out sofa sheets didn’t fit. We touched it out that night and I notified Tracy first thing the next morning. She had a new sheet set waiting at the door when we returned at lunch. This resort is gated so it gives me the peace of mind to allow my tween boys to fish and swim alone. Loved this condo and resort.

Spring Break

We had a great time and Tracee our host was so easy to communicate with. The golf was a hit. We always had something to do if we did not feel like being at the beach.

Overall the property and condo was excellent. Great location, short walk to the beach and pool areas. Affordable pricing. Everything we needed was present and ready for a week of vacation. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back on any future trips to Destin.

Great Time with Family

We have stayed at Sandpiper before, but never in this condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were prompt when communicating and very helpful when my husband left some of his clothing in the closet. Overall it was a positive experience!

Wonderful

The owner Tracey was really easy to communicate with and always responded right away. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for us. Loved the balcony, and the space in the master bedroom that I was able to use as a desk for work. Clean. No issues. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! We had great interaction with the owners and the property was perfect for our family. Our son and daughter slept in the twin beds, and the master bathroom was perfect for a pack n play! We love being here— we were repeat renters! Hope to come again.

Spring Break 2022

We love Sandpiper Cove. We had an amazing stay for Spring Break. The weather was amazing and our condo was spectacular. The condo was well stocked, and really had everything from a utensil and appliance standpoint. The updated condo was awesome. Cute and Clean Beach Condo

Amazing vacation

We enjoyed this property so much! From the fully stocked kitchen cabinets (everything you need to cook and pack snacks for the beach!), to the games, beach toys, chairs, and more… we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. There’s a shower right outside the condo to rinse off. The pool is so close. It was perfect. Perfect size for our family. Super clean and cozy too.

Great location and nice property

We liked the location - it's an easy walk through Sandpiper Cove to the beach. And the condo is away from the congested part of Destin. There were two restaurants very close to condo that we liked - Bric a Brac and The Local Market. It was also nice that the condo was very close to a Walgreens, Target and WinnDixie. We really appreciated how communicative the owners were. Tracey messaged us right away when the condo was ready for us to check into. It was ready hours early. The condo's kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The condo is updated and roomy and comfortable.

Perfect really

This is the 5th year we have stayed at sandpiper cove. It really is an amazing spot. It’s central to everything whether you wanna go towards the boardwalk and crab island or the other way towards the shopping centers. The beach is literally across the street the private access is really nice! The condo was very clean! The cleanest of all my stays! The smart TVs were a nice change also we hadn’t had before there. Allowed us to log in and watch our own stuff. The owners had all the info we could possibly need ready we didn’t have to contact them at all! Just perfect. 10/10

Summer Vacation

Everything about the condo was excellent. Loved the location it was perfect for our family. The one negative comment that I have is that the AC does not cool the bedrooms very well at night, main living space yes but at night the bedrooms stayed a little muggy. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place!

We loved this condo! I can’t say enough how great Tracey is. My family got in a bind on our way to the condo, and Tracey came through to let us know the condo was ready very early, so we had more time to enjoy the beach! It was so clean, roomy, and decorated so cute. We loved how close it was to everything. We enjoyed walking around the property and watching the golfers in the morning on the deck. Thanks again, Tracey!

I grew up in Northern IL, but now live in Sturgis, MI with my husband Tim. We fell in love with Destin and Sandpiper Cove a number of years ago when we would come to the area for a week of vacation. In 2019, we decided to purchase our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo so we could enjoy our retirement winters here.

Five swimming pools (2 which are heated in the off seasons), 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, 9 hole pitch and putt par 3 golf course, boat slips and launch available through Sandpiper Cove Complex. Beautiful Harbor views from our on site restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe.
