Step into our airy open concept apartment with ocean views and tons of natural light.

The living room has vaulted ceilings, ocean views, and includes a large over-sized sectional, mid century modern TV stand, and a large TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Video.

The dining room includes seating!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all dishes/cookware.

The bedroom offers ocean views and includes a memory foam mattress, plush bedding, and a dresser w/mirror.

The bathroom is newly remodeled with tons of natural light.

The deck offers panoramic ocean views and outdoor seating!

In the shed you will have access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler!

This is an upper level apartment there is an Airbnb apartment below you but this is completely separate then your apartment.

You will have full access to your private apartment, and the shed with beach gear!

I live just down the street and are available any time via phone or text or Airbnb App. Please do not hesitate to reach out for anything you may need! We respect the fact that you are on vacation and really like to give our guest as much privacy as possible. That being said we are here if you need us at any point :)

All of our neighbors look out for one another. A few of them are short term rentals hosts as well so you are surrounded by a great group of locals and it is extremely safe.

PLEASE NOTE: this apartment is not ocean front but has ocean views. It is located on one of the tallest parts of the island. The home is extremely close to the ocean just minutes away to a public beach access with free parking :) We do recommend driving vs walking so you don't have to carry the beach gear we provide across a busier summer road. The ocean is just a few blocks away. There are two Airbnb apartments below yours that are completely separate.

The accomodations exceeded our expectations-nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. It was the perfect size for 2! We really enjoyed the deck with comfortable seating. The host Artim was very friendly and had good communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this host and property! 5 stars all around.

Our Quick Getaway here was amazing! We only stayed for one night but wished we could’ve stayed another night just to fully appreciate the place more! I loved how clean it was, as soon as i walked in i could tell just by the smell that the place was going to be spotless. It was a very convenient location, right in the heart of kitty hawk. the ocean is even visible from the deck which is a plus! Our host was super kind and kept me up to date on everything and let me know as soon as it was ready for us! My partner and I both agree we’d definitely stay here again.

The description matches the property perfectly. Although we stayed in early May, it was an easy and direct walk to the public beach access. The property was clean, well furnished, and everything operated as promised. There is a wonderful view of the sunrise from the deck. It is in close proximity of Bagel restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It was our first trip to Kitty Hawk, but when we are in town again, we'll book this residence again. Big thanks to the host for answering all our questions quickly!

We felt like we were in our own home. Everything was absolutely perfect. Laid out excellently. Communication was over the top perfect. Visited Kitty Hawk for the Outer Banks bike week. Our stay in this residence was perfect, from communication prior and the checkout process. This unit is as advertised and well maintained and up to date. This is an upstairs unit and was very quiet, I am a light sleeper and had no issues with outside noise. This unit is across Hwy 12 and up on a hill which provided an ocean view much to our delight. The owner was very responsive and we even got to check in early. I would reommend this unit for anyone looking for a visit to Kitty Hawk.

Very detailed check-in instructions and super breezy check-out. The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable! The apartment rests on a hill so you get a great view of the ocean without the wind- this was perfect for our chilly November trip. Would stay again!

The place was very nicely decorated. It was very relaxing. The decor in the house was nice and spacious. The only thing I did not like is that there were two dead roaches in the household upon arrival which makes me think that the house was not clean because how could you not see the dead roaches?

Thank you for the kind words about the decor and the relaxing feel of the home. We're glad you enjoyed the space overall. We do want to address your concern directly. The home is on a routine professional pest-control schedule, and the treatment had just been completed prior to your arrival. The home was definitely clean. It's very common after a preventative spray for a small number of insects to surface shortly afterward a scheduled spray. This does not indicate a cleanliness issue, but rather that the treatment was actively working. That said, we absolutely understand how seeing this upon arrival could be unsettling, and we apologize that it wasn't caught during the final walkthrough. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to us, and we've reinforced our post-treatment inspection process to prevent this in the future. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Great communication by the host! Accommodations were flawlessly maintained, and as comfortably as we could have hoped for. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean. Which, are two very important features to me. The hot water was a little bit of a challenge, but was fine once it made it to the shower and kitchen sink. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Place

This was such a nice clean place to stay. The location was super close to the beach and other places to see and do things! It was relaxing and the deck was perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the beach breeze! We had everything we needed and the communication with the property owner was easy and all instructions were super clear! It was a great place to stay and we would love to come back!
