Soundside Sunset Inn - Sound front condo with pool.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay 2 minutes from the beach. This is a 1rst floor condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums in Kill Devil Hills. 2 bed 2 bath with outdoor pool open (5/20/26-10/1/26), tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Many restaurants, public beach accesses, Avalon Pier, and grocery stores within 1 mile of the condo. There are nice bike trails by the condo that take you down the sound shore or to the Wright Brothers Monument.

This condo is on the 1rst floor but there are 6 stairs to climb. It is not wheelchair accessible.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 4 beach towels
- ground coffee, filters, sugar, creamer

What to bring:
- washing machine detergent

Optional E-Bike and Beach Cruiser Rentals:
E-bikes and beach cruisers available to rent from your host dropped off at your condo. E-bike $60/day and beach cruisers $15/day. More details are in the condo or message me before your arrival to have these ready.

Property was spotless which is our most important thing when traveling. Two bathrooms were great for two couples. Guest bathroom could use a little TLC but again was clean and had everything needed. Host responded quickly to answer any questions. We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this property again!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean and modern. We loved the decor. The whole area was very quiet (especially for peak vacation season) but centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Access to the pool was a huge benefit and during our stay the pool was never crowded. The sunset views over the sound could not be beat, we even ordered take out for dinner one evening to skip the restaurant wait and enjoy the sunset. A few things made a good stay into a great stay- great shower pressure, very comfortable mattresses, and a very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this condo, a great value for the money.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the sound was scenic and peaceful. We saw various types of birds and even some deer outside the unit. The bike path was convenient for walking to explore the area. Communication by the host was helpful and easy.

Oyster Pointe Condominiums has great views over Kitty Hawk Bay and less than a mile to free public beach accesses. There’s a nice sized outdoor pool available May 15th to September 30th each year, make sure you catch sunset time off your private deck!
