Located in one of the perpendicular streets of the Aliados' Avenue, that is to say in the center of Porto, this vintage apartment will offer you all the conveniences for your holidays or your professional stay.
This vintage apartment will offer you the perfect conditions for your holidays, whatever their nature: historic (50 meters from the University and 10 minutes walk from the Douro), artistic (300 meters from the Rue Miguel Bombarda), culinary (the street of Ceuta is perpendicular to the streets of Almada and Picaria), idleness (to 200 meters of the Station São Bento which serves all the beaches of the coast) or nocturnal (to 100 meters of the Night Spot).
Due to its location, it is easily accessible by metro, bus, car and train. It is also extremely quiet since it is located on the back part of the building.

A superb location for Porto, close to many sites and in a vibrant neighbourhood. The check in and comms were all fine with no issues. It’s a small apartment with a god awful view being at the rear of the block. However it’s quiet and just dandy for a few days in this fine city.

Porto in November is beautiful!

Staying at the apartment was excellent. It is very cozy, modern and excellent for two people. We loved every minute of it. Luckily this time around there were no loud noises and the one-touch opening of the cupboards didn’t bother us much. We did have to get used to using the stove, but we could reach someone from the agency any time on WhatsApp and they were very helpful. The balcony is tiny and the bathroom quite small but very sufficient for a weekend get-away! Everything you need is there from an ironing board to the excellent equipment kitchen. And the agency organised everything super convenient and was very friendly in the communication. Thanks for that!!! We will definitely come back.

Nice small apartment in Porto

Great location in upper Porto, close to all the tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is suitable for a single person and could be tight for two. Communication with the property manager company was very good - answered all of my queries quickly.

Close to everything

The good: Close to everything you want, spacious and good natural light. Check in process was great. Black out shades were helpful for the night. Sofa was comfortable (more than the bed). The annoying: major construction next door! Jackhammering from 8am until 7pm. I work from home and it was impossible to work, relax, watch movies, or just take a nap during the day. This is not the owners fault, but please keep this in mind if you need somewhere quiet. its May now, so maybe a month from now it will be better? The kitchen was the most frustrating kitchen I have ever been in. The cabinets are very touch sensitive so if you lean over a cabinet and your belly touches the drawer, it opens. We we were accidently opening drawers and cabinets 20 times a day in the kitchen. You will see if you stay here.
