River View is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. You have access to Paradise Village Kids Cove and Lazy River just across the street. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort-style amenities, there will never be a dull moment during your stay at River View!

River View is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 8 bath home that comfortably sleeps 26 guests. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Enjoy a cold/hot drink beverage on the observing deck while your kids play on the Foosball table upstairs or enjoy Paradise Village amenities. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Grab some peace in the comfort of your room, each with YouTube Live on the TVs and private bathrooms. No matter how you spend your vacation, it is bound to be filled with spectacular views and timeless memories made while staying at River View.

Everything we needed wa there. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the grill. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The property was close to many beautiful short hikes.Thank you for letting us stay.

House was great! Lots of activities for the kids! Everything we needed in the kitchen! The down side.. we planned on using the grill but found there was no propane tank attached. Also, we found a few live cockroaches in the house. Yuck!

We have stayed here the past 2 years, and I've already booked again for next year over Spring Break. We love the house, as it fits our family well. Everyone loves the pool and the fire pit. The house has good proximity to other places as well. The ice maker was a great addition this year. The info sent to me by text & email have been great, and I get an immediate response if I have a question.

Great Family Reunion Spot

We had a great time with the entire family. There were things to keep kids from ages 4-18 busy, and plenty of space to grill/cook for 25+ people. The teens had their own arcade area upstairs and played board games on the upstairs patio. The little ones floated for hours in the lazy river. I was pleasantly surprised by how little the video games and TVs were used during our trip thanks to many other options.

House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

Great house and great location

Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

Nice property!

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

We would have loved to give this rental a higher rating, but a few issues were unacceptable. The first is the cushions on the outdoor furniture. They are absolutely disgusting and need to be replaced. We didn't want to even sit on them. Second, the towels are old, worn, discolored and a few stained. They also need to be replaced. We were unable to get the wifi working for two days. We sent a message to the management, but did not receive any information about this back. My son-in-law finally found the router behind the door in the laundry room and was able to reset it. There really should be an information booklet included in the unit with information as to where to find the router and also how to use the fire pit. We also had problems with the microwave not working.

We understand the outdoor cushions and towels did not meet expectations, and that you experienced issues with the WiFi, along with difficulty locating the router and using certain amenities. We did not hear from you on the Wifi or we would have been happy to assist and will note your great suggestion. Regarding the microwave, we’re glad we were able to send a team member to assist and get it working, as this was an unexpected issue and we were happy to help. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing clearer instructions within the home and will be reviewing this further. We do apologize that these items impacted your stay and fell below our standards. We would love to have you back to experience an improved stay, thank you!

Beautiful home, incredible community!

My family absolutely loved staying here! The kitchen was so clean and spacious, we loved cooking in it and the pool was so much fun!! We spent everyday swimming and laying out. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals was so helpful and responsive. Can't wait to come back!!
