The hosts were wonderful to work with. Unit was sparkling clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. Garage parking was plentiful and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend this rental!

Nice place for the wife and I. Beach next door just a very short walk. Convenient lactation, just a short drive to anywhere. Nice pool area with grills. Restaurant located on the other end of the building. Would recommend to others.

The property was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the glass doors open right onto the water. I would spend my mornings drinking coffee and looking out over the ocean - where you could see boats, fish and even dolphins!The location could not be beat. Right on the water, we had easy access to great snorkeling, beaches, local markets, and restaurants on the water - but only a short drive from town. We had a great stay!

Central location with an ocean view. Good food onsite. A beach on one side and a park with shade trees on the other.

I just had lunch there yesterday with one of my guests and we had a fresh gazpacho and corn feta and garlic flat bread. really yummy. Please return to beautiful Hawaii soon.

We stay at Magic Sands about once a year, but this was our first time in this unit. We were super happy with it, they are wonderful hosts and the space has everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

We went to sleep every night listening to the surf and a 5 minute walk to Magic Sands beach. It was exactly what we needed.

The view sucked me in. The only positive of this property was the view. The apartment has clearly been neglected for years. Rust on the refrigerator, door handles, luggage racks and coffee maker. There were stains on walls, handprints on screens, a worn couch that I did not feel comfortable sitting on. The bathroom shower floor was so rugged it hurt my feet. The pool was not well cared for. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed one night. We tried to get a partial refund from the host, but they stopped responding to the VRBO reps. The reps at VRBO were very kind and sympathetic. Unfortunately we were only refunded a minimal amount through them because the host did not respond. We have booked with VRBO for years and this is the first time we have been disappointed with a property.

Hi Im so sorry you were so unhappy with my oceanfront condominium in Hawaii. You booked a minimum of three nights and knew my cancellation policy when you booked the property.I did ask you for photos which you did not send and repeatedly asked for a refund while still in the condo. I live on the island and would have been happy to make thing right for you. My cleaners take great care to maintain this property. Im glad you were able to use all the amenities we have provided such as Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap and shampoos as well as dish soap and sponge. Most all my guests are very happy to fulfill their bucket list experience of staying so close to the beautiful ocean in Hawaii. Best wishes on your future travels.

The view was amazing and we loved the pool.. Location is great and the restaurant was wonderful. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the view helped make up for it!! I would love to come again but hope the bed is replaced.

This condo is great! The location couldn't be better, attached to a nice beach, close to many others. The restaurant on premises was so convenient and also good food. The condo was very comfortable, surprisingly specious, very clean, and had lots of thoughtful amenities - including everything you need for a day at the beach! The owner was also very kind and quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was in the perfect location! There was a great restaurant right next to the condos that has breakfast/coffee, and lunch and dinner. The beach next door was beautiful! Alice was a great host! She was prompt to respond and answered all our questions.
