Stunning Duplex Apartment with an amazing view.

A beautiful apartment, very large and spacious in an fabulous location. The view was amazing with sea and mountains. The furniture was lovely and the kitchen was fully equipped ( except no kettle, I had to boil water in a pan) and the pool area was lovely too with plenty of beds but no parasols. Bed linen and towels were immaculate but the cleanliness let it down. Thankfully the toilets were immaculate but the showers not so much. I rinsed them before we used them. My youngest daughters bedroom was very dusty with cobwebs and all floors were gritty with dust and there were cobwebs here and there throughout the rest of the apartment. The skirtings and light switches and sockets were grubby n gritty!!! It was like someone had done DIY and not cleaned the muck up properly. Which was all rather annoying when “Cleaning” was listed on your price of the stay. Also the two huge and wonderful terraces were filthy, again very annoying when over our stay we saw other cleaners cleaning the glass in preparation for guests arriving. My family wouldn’t let me complain when I arrived but may I suggest management check properties before guests arrive. I’m not been fussy you didn’t need to wipe over with a white glove to see what hadn’t been cleaned in months/ years!! We may have been the first visitors after covid. Anyway. We had a fab stay in a property that my children ( aged 16 and 19) said they could actually live in they liked it so much, me too if I was in-charge of the cleaning. 😜

Superbe duplex, magnifiquement situé.

Propreté, situation, vue et très bien équipé. Accueil au bureau en français. Puerto de la Duquesa manque de restaurants d’un niveau supérieur. Beaucoup pour les anglais et assez peu de typique espagnol par rapport au port de Sotogrande par exemple.

El apartamento es excelente. La atención de los empleados de la agencia inmejorable, educados, agradables, muy serviciales y resolutivos incluso ante problemas inesperados. Limpieza. estuve en otro apartamento la semana anterior y me lo entregaron mucho mejor. En este caso es cierto que estaba correcto teniendo en cuenta el tiempo con el que contaban y el estado lamentable en que lo dejaron los inquilinos anteriores, pero había detalles evidentes "poco agradables" que se podían haber tenido en cuenta y hubieran requerido de poco para mejorar, cajones de cubiertos con comida derramada que tuvimos que fregar, microondas con restos, cajones de armarios con arena , piedras y uñas postizas . Tuvimos que comprar cepillo de barrer, fregona y escobilla de aseo porque su estado no permitía el uso.
