Great location to explore Los Olivos and Santa Ynez

This home worked great for us - we were three couples - house is spacious, kitchen well equipped, backyard great (we loved the hot tub in December), and the location great for wine tasting and exploring the Santa Ynez area.

Fabulous Santa Ynez Getaway

We highly recommend this beautiful property in Santa Ynez. We traveled with two couple for two days of wine tasting and dining. It was a wonderful home to relax in the pool and unwind at the end of the day The hosts had everything we needed, plus extra treats to make our stay perfect.

Amazing Home

Amazing home centrally located to easily access Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Solvang. Home is spacious with an awesome backyard with a jacuzzi and pool. Will come back again!!

Santa Ynez in luxury

This house is great for groups and amazing for aspiring chefs, grillers, or pizza makers. We like to cook when we travel and as you can see, this place has everything and more! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and fireplace while there. The place is huge so there’s plenty of room to spread out. We were there for four nights and have favorited it for future stays. Grab it if it’s available!

Family Reunion

Great spaces for intimate conversations both inside and out. Spent most of our time in the kitchen nook and the den inside. Outside on the patio and in the hot tub. Showers & beds are great. Fully loaded kitchen set up. Great access to Los Olivos, wineries and Solvang. Will stay here again if I am able to. Thank you Connie!

Wine Tasting Getaway

Second time stay to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. The grounds in this home are hard to beat! We love the pool and all the hang out areas in the gorgeous yard. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining allow ease of movement while cooking. We made lotsa food, some of which was barbequed. We can't wait for our next visit! Of course nearby Los Olivos wine tasting and Ellie's Tap & Vine, with a little golf made an amazing adventure! Thanks!

Calming retreat

Wonderful place. Exactly as advertised. My Dad didn’t want to leave. Very detailed instructions spread out around the house on how to operate things and what to do or not to do Hahahah. Very detailed. Would recommend.

Gorgeous Getaway

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, perfectly put together, with lots of places to sit and enjoy family. The backyard is the best part. We could have stayed and enjoyed the backyard forever. We barbecued and had lots of family time all weekend long. We made s’mores and went swimming in pool and spa. My family had the best time and we really didn’t even want to leave. So thankful that we found this beautiful home and so many family memories made. Thank you for having us!

This beautiful place never disappoints!

This is our third stay at Connie and Dave's lovely home. It is like our own little paradise. It is so quiet. With the exception of a visit to Solvang and the burro rescue, we didn't leave the property. The home is so spacious, clean and well-stocked. And the pool is a delight. Connie communicates very promptly and efficiently and is very responsive to any query. We hope to come back again!

Amazing Weekend in Santa Ynez

We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful home! My husband and I, along with two other couples, enjoyed all that the home had to offer. The backyard was gorgeous with several areas to sit and relax, enjoy our morning coffee, play games, and sip a glass of wine. We grilled steaks over the open fire pit while playing corn hole and enjoyed an evening soak under the stars in the hot tub. This home was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. The home was perfectly situated between Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Los Alamos and Ballard where we enjoyed some amazing meals and wine tasting. Our host, Connie, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to make it back soon!

Awesome ranch house with private pool

This is a great house and we would come back and stay longer next time. Very comfortable for a group of 8 or less with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. Super kitchen with every conceivable gadget and pot, and coffee machine with plenty of pods. The only negative was the stress and hassle of not receiving any check in or welcome email because it was sent to the wrong email address. I eventually tracked down the owner by calling VRBO hours before arrival time (which was a lot harder and more time consuming than it should be!) and all was good from there — but it was a hassle and I at least deserved an apology for the error.

Perfect Santa Ynez Wine Country Family Retreat

This property is one of the best at which we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen, with everything needed to have meals at home, including condiments and every tool needed for grilling! The house itself is gorgeous (very high end) and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size. What makes this house so special is the pool, spa and backyard. There are multiple seating areas, with very comfortable furniture. There is a covered patio, big gas BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, fire pit and outdoor wine refrigerator! It’s a great place to hang out and have fun. There are lots of pool toys and the playhouse would be fun for small children. The house is well located about equal distance between Santa Ynez and Los Olivos in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s 5-7 minute drive to great restaurants or the grocery. The host was very responsive, easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great house to hangout in the wine country.

OK, but.....

House was very comfortable and clean. Large well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood close to towns, wineries and other area attractions. On the negative side, pool was dirty (loads of dead worms and other debris) and unheated, so basically unusable. Cushions on all the outdoor furniture had been left out in the rain for days and were soaked through, so sitting outside was limited to the picnic bench. Setting is very suburban with no views of the surrounding countryside, so you could be anywhere. If we visited again we'd look for a more countrified setting. Final note - the house reeked of Fabreze, including all the bedding. It's a smell we can't stomach and had to rewash all the sheets with a non-odor detergent in order to sleep. That stuff should be banned.

This property is even better in person than in the photos. It is quiet, spacious, luxurious and clean. The backyard pool, spa, seating area and fireplace were incredible. We have stayed at many vacation rental properties and this is definitely one of the very best!

Beautiful home! The pool was perfect for the hot summer days during our visit. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, lots of different seating areas, and a hue round table perfect for cards or board games with friends. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing stay in wine country.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time here. The communication with the property management was excellent. We had an issue with the spa and they came out with the pool man within 30 minutes. We’ll be back for sure.

Santa Ynez wine trip

The ease with which the reservation was made was great. Our host, Connie, was wonderful. I was able to communicate with her about many things regarding our trip and she responded quickly with the exact info I needed. The house was perfect for our party of six. A beautiful home with many amenities. I highly recommend this property and the host. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely stay here again!

Daughter's 30th Birthday Celebration

We came up to Santa Ynez with our family of 5 adults for a wine tasting weekend. the house was perfect for the 5 of us. The photos represent the house well. The pool area and yard are lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed, including spices, which we really appreciated. The host left us some special welcome goodies like a bottle of wine and some snacks. We definitely want to return soon!
