短期休暇の賃貸として法的に許可されている4つのデンマークの家の中庭に位置するこの3ベッドルームと2 5バスルームのユニットを借りる。 家はリビングルームでクイーンサイズのソファーソファを利用することによって追加の2人のゲストと一緒に寝室で6人まで収容する。 2013年の新作、花崗岩製カウンタートップ、ステンレススチールのJenn Airアプライアンス、フローリングの床、自宅から離れた快適な家具。 ソルヴァングのダウンタウンに位置し、シアターフェスト、レストラン、テイスティングルーム、醸造所まで歩いて行けます。 馬が引くトロリーをキャッチしたり、ワインツアーを楽しんだり、アメリカのデンマークを満喫しましょう。 家の間取りにはキングサイズベッド、クイーンサイズベッド、ツインベッドがあります。 さらに、合計8名で宿泊可能なクイーンサイズのソファーベッドがあります。 また、パティオには専用ホットタブとバーベキューがあります。 他の中庭VRBOリストを見るためにはVRBO＃750486と＃782829に行きなさい。

Absolutely loved this house. We were there with family and they had the house across from us. Location to town was great, can walk everywhere. House was clean, comfortable beds, loved the clean spa. The garage length was a bit challenging but like that there are tips to park, along with the outside parking. We had a great stay! I would return!

Downtown Solvang. We are the only approved short term vacation homes in the Tourist Related District. Simply park your car and you can walk to Solvang's restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries and gift shops. This is little Denmark in America.
The Danish house, new in 2014, is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home which sleeps 4 – 8 guests. Granite counter tops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, wood floors, comfortably furnished your home away from home. Located in downtown Solvang, you can walk to Theater Fest, restaurants, tasting rooms and breweries. Catch the horse drawn trolley or the wine tour and enjoy a touch of Denmark in America. In addition, you are close to the finest restaurants and wineries of Santa Barbara County, we have nationally ranked golf courses of California, minutes away. Sandpiper, Rancho San Marcos, Alisal River and La Purisima Golf Course. Fishing at Lake Cachuma, or sea fishing at Refugio State Beach, kayaking at Santa Barbara Harbor, or hiking at Davy Brown's Campground. Many adventures to be found. The Danish house is located in the heart of it all.
