A Wine Country Pond House

If you want charming, look no further. Our home is relaxing the second you walk in. The great room has a seating area overlooking the pond and the Santa Ynez mountains. There is a full kitchen and dining area with a large screen TV so you can relax. The two bedrooms are equal in size and each have their own bathroom. The enclosed porch has a washer and dryer, we have a printer and a desk so you could work. At night take in the stars with a glass of wine on the outdoor deck, or cozy up to a fire and have a seat on the Adirondack chairs. We are behind the Summerset farm stand in case you need any treats and we are centrally located, yet worlds away from it all. Explore nearby Ballard, and visit Bob's Well Bread, or head over to Santa Ynez town and enjoy lunch at the Baker's Table. Meander the streets after to find quaint boutiques and coffee shops. You're only a few miles to Los Olives where you could try some wine tasting and shopping. Los Olives Grocery has some gifts and small town market feel and our bigger market El Rancho is close by. If you like cooking our kitchen is up to date and modern, with top of the line appliances. Come and enjoy what Santa Ynez has to offer and kick up your feet at the pond house.
