2 bedroom apartment completely redone in February 2021, in a vacation spirit located in the center of Aix en Provence at 5 minutes from the Place de Prêcheurs and its beautiful Church Sainte Madeleine.
You will appreciate the comfort of this small, bright and relaxing home after a day spent discovering this beautiful city of Aix and its surroundings.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small building of 4 floors and offers a clear view on the roofs of Aix. There is no elevator.

Ideal place to discover Aix and the region. The hosts are very friendly. Both speak fluent English.

Large, airy, bright apartment

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, bright, comfortable and well equipped. The photos are very accurate in what it looks like. Recently renovated but they stopped at replacing the old linoleum floor which though clean, grubbed up the look of an otherwise nicely decorated and tasteful apartment. The check in/check out process could use a little work as it is dependent on the arrival of the owner to let you in/pick up the keys. We stayed for 5 weeks using it as a home base and would have liked a change of linens/towels and cleaning available. There was a washing machine and a small balcony where you could hang your wash to dry which we did use. For short stays, it could be ideal. Location was on the busy ring road and near schools a bit noisy if your windows were open, away from centre of Aix but still very walkable and decent location. Parking was very close by as was a laundromat.

Hello and thank you for your comment. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay. During the renovation of the apartment we wanted to find the original terrazo it was an aesthetic choice but I understand that some people prefer linoleum. For long stays, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary to keep it clean (vacuum cleaner, cleaning products...) otherwise it would have been possible to have a cleaning lady come during your stay. Excellent quality apartment, modern, safe, very tastefully decorated and well situated for the old town and all of its restaurants and attractions.
