Lovely townhouse in an excellent location to explore Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The house was spotless! A fully stocked kitchen, with everything you could ask for. Communication was great and access was easy. Thank you so much for a perfect stay, couldn’t recommend it more.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The Communication was remarkably quick and always helpful. The place was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated that we could walk to the Main Street area easily. Recommend!!

Really nice condo in a great area. We packed a lot of summer activity into the 4 days and this was a great spot. We took advantage of outdoor pool and hot tubs a couple times, took scenic chair lift to peak 8 (11000 ft), went white water rafting in Buena Vista (about 1-1/2 hrs away), fished on the nearby Dillon reservoir and ate and shopped on main st.

Thank you for staying with us. We were a little surprised by the 8/10 rating, particularly since no concerns or feedback were shared with us during your stay or in the review. We always appreciate constructive feedback and work hard to provide a clean, comfortable home for our guest. Unfortunately, after this stay the home was left in unusually poor condition, including an unflushed toilet and clothing, shoes, trash, and other belongings left scattered throughout the property. In fact, when we first entered, it appeared, someone might still be staying in the home. We certainly understand that vacation rentals require cleaning after every guest, but we do ask that guests leave the property in a reasonably respectful condition.

This VRBO is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was the most “stocked” VRBO. We would stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The townhouse was very well done, clean and a great location walkable to Snowflake lift. Stephanie was helpful and responsive during our stay. We will definitely look for WinterPoint #24 next time we come to Breck!

Great home for our family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 11). Very well appointed with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed playing board games while cozying up by the fireplace.

Beautiful Condo in excellent location

Updated condo in short walking distance to Shops and Restaurants. Great beds, well stocked Kitchen, nice heated garage with Ski storage. Will definitely stay here again next time in Breckinridge!

The townhome was spotless and felt just like being at home. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen with everything one would need, and comfortable beds. Loved the variety of games for fun evenings in - made for very fun family time for our family of 6 adults. Perfect location - easy walk to town and easy walk to the chair lift and multiple shuttle stops. Loved having the garage and storage for ski equipment. The property manager Stephanie was very responsive and incredibly helpful.

Family’s First Colorado Trip

This was my family’s first trip to Colorado and this townhouse was perfect! Conveniently located near all that Breck has to offer and very accommodating for a family of four. Lots of great memories made!

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4! Close walking distance to Snowflake Lift and into town allowed us to explore and enjoy Breck every day! The whole process from booking to check-in and check-out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhome! Conveniently located to Snow Flake Lift & 4 o’clock run for ski days! Kitchen was well stocked & great for cooking. Plenty of space & also the bed set up worked well for our family! Highly recommend!
