Easily attend any event or conference, and enjoy everything downtown has to offer! Walk to the most popular spots, including Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, Nissan Stadium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, Ascend Amphitheater, The historic Ryman Theater, or take a short ride to local neighborhoods such as The Gulch, Music Row, Midtown, West End, Germantown, Edge Hill, 12th South, and East Nashville. The options are endless and you are at the center of it all!

This one bedroom condo has all of the updates along with a VERY comfy memory foam KING bed and a stylish sleeper couch. Ideal for two people but can sleep up to four. This studio is perfectly laid out with a full kitchen, dining area, main living space and full bathroom. All essential items provided from soaps and shampoos, to ironing boards, coffee makers, and utensils. We dare you to not to feel at home in this space! FREE GATED PARKING!

Stay was great location was perfect a couple complaints is, there was hair floating around the shower from the drain, the pillows felt like they were ran over by a tank then placed back in the bed. And there was a lack of circulation so the rental was @ 67 degrees it would still be hot inside

Nice location, about. 10 minute walk to Broadway or the Gulch. Clean, first floor. Gated entrance and parking. Would definitely book again.

Lovely, comfortable studio — perfect for a couple — walking distance (with hills) of downtown and easy ride share journeys to Cheekwood Gardens, General Jackson Riverboat, Grand Ole Opry, etc. Nicely appointed and equipped kitchen; luxurious king bed.

Communication was everything! Owners responded very quickly and were great! Air conditioning was perfect! Location was amazing, almost everything was in walking distance and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to all of the attractions while also having a cozy place to come back to after all the hustle and bustle!

Great location! Easy walk to Broadway. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner provided details instructions and was communicated throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Great location--appreciated gated entry and lot parking. Unit was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative, checking in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10!

A perfect place in Nashville. A quick walk to everything in downtown and a cheap Uber ride elsewhere. The accommodations were as described, creating a very homey experience. Thanks Casey. We will be back for sure.

Studio apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, neat and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Parked our vehicle in the secure lot for the entirety of our stay and walked everywhere! 2 fantastic music venues within 1 and 2 blocks! Absolutely would stay again!

Excellent LOCATION! Beautiful, nicely updated kitchen stocked with amenities.The downside 100% is the bathroom, which in fairness the owner DID message me about knowing about it, and I hope that they update the light/fan.The bed was SUPER comfortable and the owners were very forgiving about me checking out 40 minutes late.
