You’ve hit gold... Riverfront Gold to be exact! Enjoy all Music City has to offer in this stylish waterfront condo located just 1-mile from downtown Nashville. The property is ideal for a couple or small family who desires a home base that offers both comfort and convenience.



The Space:

When entering, you’ll be more than pleased with the natural light illuminating the open-concept layout. The space feels like it’s out of a magazine, decorated thoughtfully with luxe decor and furnishings throughout.



The living room has a Smart TV, comfortable seating that turns into a sofa bed, and gives access to a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Cumberland River. Enjoy your morning brew outside on the bistro table and plan your day of adventures.



Back inside, the eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with the main appliances in addition to a Keurig, blender, and toaster for your convenience! There are 3 comfortable stools at the extended counter for you to enjoy your meals.



When you’re ready to turn in for the evening, a cozy King-sized bed awaits you in the main bedroom. The bedroom, like the rest of the unit, is completely furnished to make you feel right at home. The spacious closet offers plenty of room to store clothes and has a built-in vanity to get ready at. Steps away, the renovated ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standup shower.



With being just 0.9 miles from Broadway, this property is all about access. You’ll have privacy at the start and end of your day but the ability to be in the heart of downtown within minutes. From the property, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Cumberland River or jump into a Uber/Lyft to explore Nashville’s biggest attractions. There are also noteworthy bars and restaurants that are under a 10-minute walk from the home. Guests have access to extra amenities offered by the condominium complex that includes an outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs, a fire pit, and ample parking.

This property is so perfect!! we easily walked into town to the bars and restaurants! The view is outstanding overlooking the river and the place was very well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay!! I don’t think I’ll ever book anywhere else when I come to Nashville!

We had a 4 night stay. We were unable to TURN ON THE HEAT for 3 of those nights. Communication with the "local team" was not as it should have been when we notified the "host" of the heat issue the morning after we arrived. They were to send someone out. It wasn't until 2 text messages & a phone call on the 3rd day before we had ANY communication/response to the heat issue which required a new thermostat. Then, the fridge quit cooling. Fan was replaced but it didn't matter. When we called on Monday morning, I stated to the call center that we should be compensated for the heat inconvenience. Not sure who to speak to about that request. We have stayed in this condo before, under previous ownership...this was very disappointing!!!!

Nashville Girls weekend

We had so much fun it was a great walk to downtown and back. We felt safe and walked to the Mexican restaurant Locals a few night which is only a block away. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but the view and stay was great.

The condo was just as we expected and we liked that when we walked in the air was turned down so it was nice and cool on a hot day! We also loved the convenience of being able to walk where ever we wanted to go. Our only suggestions were a better description of location of things on the property like the pool and garbage. We really like the mirrors to get ready, but better lighting would help. And lastly the pullout bed wasn't super comfortable, so maybe making a mattress pad available would be nice. Would definitely stay here again though!!

Overall great

Location was good if you don't mind walking if headed to Broadway. Seating could be imporoved as couch is not comfortable for sitting. Sleeping on the pullout was fine, just sitting makes you slide forward. Very clean and well stocked.

Great Girls getaway!

Spent 4 nights, scootered to Nissan Stadium to see Ed Sheeran, walked to Broadway, Farmers Market, Germantown, Explored Music Row, The Gultch on the trolley. Great time! Great location.

Great riverfront close to the action

Property was as listed amd well provisioned. Coffee each morning overlooking the river was a nice addition and although walkable to the action in Broadway, we mostly elected to use Uber. Great spot for a lovely weekend.
