Escape to our renovated, waterfront Nashville condo on the Cumberland River! This ground-floor retreat perfectly balances city fun and quiet relaxation. Just minutes from Germantown & Downtown's Broadway honky-tonks, it's your ideal Music City base. Enjoy a full kitchen, community pool, and free parking. Comfortably sleeps 4.

After a day of exploring you can unwind in a space that has everything you need for a relaxing stay:

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, and basic pots and pans. Includes a Keurig 1-cup coffee maker for your morning brew and a toaster for easy breakfasts.
• Bathroom: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hair dryer.
• Comforts of Home: Fresh linens, sheets, towels, an iron, and an ironing board are all available for your use.
• Entertainment: Enjoy free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming services.

You will have private access to the entire one-bedroom condo. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, including:

• Outdoor Pool (open seasonally typically April –September)
• Workout facility with exercise equipment
• On-site laundry facility
• Free on-site parking

• Local Guide: To help you explore like a local, all guests will receive an electronic guidebook with our favorite area recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved we could walk to Broadway. Everything was clean, comfortable and hospitable. There is a lot of construction at the moment, but when completed - this will be the hottest spot!

Loved staying here! Place was super clean and bed was very comfy! I loved the small details like a sound machine in the bedroom, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash pumps in the shower, feminine products under the sink, and travel makeup wipes. Probably my favorite place I’ve stayed. Would 1000% stay here again when coming back to Nashville.

This stay was all you could ask for, for a budget friendly weekend get away. Close to DT clean and easy check in process and close to DT. Only complaint is you can hear everything upstairs but you can expect that with it being a lower unit. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this North Capitol condo! Being on the ground floor with a parking spot conveniently close made unloading our suitcases a breeze. The condo was spotless and, while a bit on the small side, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was great — we could easily walk to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park for our event, and it was only about a mile to Broadway and downtown Nashville. A fun bonus was being so close to the Nashville Sounds baseball park; on Friday night we got to enjoy fireworks after the game right from the parking lot in front of the condo. The host was excellent, clearly communicating all requirements and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, I’d give this condo 5 stars without hesitation! :)

Stephanie is a great VRBO host with her quick responses and information. The condo was very clean with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower! The host cannot control noise from neighbors coming and going, but the noise machine helped. We heard very little at night (actually just one night of 4). The listing was accurate and the free parking spot was perfect. We used Uber to get downtown and paid less than 10 for each ride. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. If we are ever back in the area; we would book again.

Condo was very clean and location was second to none. It was smaller than anticipated. There is some construction nearby and on the way, but that's not really unusual for downtown areas. The pool was clean and well maintained. Appreciate the extra touches like nice Shampoo and soaps, good TP :-P Overall great stay, especially for the price.

Great little place for a couple

This was a great space for us and about a half hour walk to Broadway. We also used Lyft a few times. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Repeat guests as the property is clean, conveniently located and includes an assigned parking spot. The bed is comfortable with plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. We will be back again next year!

Clean Condo

Condo is very clean, bed is comfortable and it has a well stocked kitchen. Shower water pressure is good however the tub does not drain well. Condo is on the ground floor with good parking, the residents above were up walking around a lot late at night and the noise was loud.

Long weekend

The condo had everything we could have asked for and even within walking distance to our concert venue (Brooklyn Bowl). If you're on the fence, don't be and rent it.

Great experience

This was our first trip to Nashville. We greatly enjoyed everything about the accommodations and, for us, most of the sites were within walking distance. The only negative, and this would not always be an issue, is that there is another residence above ours, and we could hear every time they were walking up there, be it late at night or early in the morning.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

Well appointed and in immaculate condition. Full kitchen with all the details covered. Less than a mile to downtown, easily within walking distance. Even a pool to cool off after a long day. Would definitely come back when returning to Nashville!!
