Amazing Property

Masia Victoria was an absolutely fabulous property. There was 20 of us at the property and with 14 bedrooms the set up was perfect to comfortably host everyone. The set up was great for us to hosting wine tastings and dinners, while providing a really relaxed atmosphere for people to enjoy the pool during the afternoon. A highlight for sure was having the flamenco dancers come to perform at the villa, they were incredible. Location of the villa is also great. Super easy to walk into Sant Pere de Ribes, to drive into Sitges and visit many of the wineries in the region. Zoe was incredibly easy to deal with and made both the planning and our stay very enjoyable. This was one of what we hope is many visits back to the area and we look forward to staying at the Villa again.

Great family vacation

Our extended family of 27 - ages 7months to 76 from California, New York and Boston stayed a week at the Masia Victoria for a week. The Masia has 14 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms and accommodated our family group comfortably and in style ! The owner, Servais Booten, greeted us upon arrival and was a very gracious host. We also used the catering services of his associated company Cloud9 for breakfast and dinner each day. It was the unanimous vote by all our family members that this was the best family trip we have had - and we have rented villas/chateaux in Mexico , Franceand Italy for past trips.

Anniversary celebration

My partner and I were looking for someplace in the world to host our 20th anniversary celebration for a week. We settled on Barcelona/Sitges and contacted a few villas in the area. The team from Masia Victoria replied right away and were super easy to deal with and arrange everything from overseas. We could not have picked a better place. All the guests fell in love with the villa and location. The villa is luxurious, well maintained and renovations added all the modern conveniences one needs. Servais the owner went out of us way to ensure we had everything we needed and the week and events we hosted went smoothly. The villa is spacious with lots of sitting areas for bigger and smaller intimate groups. It did not feel like there were 27 people at the villa. The only minor issue we encountered is that is was difficult to get taxis to come to the villa sometimes particularly later at night. For the most part guests just walked 10 mins to the taxi stand in town and there were generally taxis there. We also used their catering company Cloud9 for two big events - afternoon pig roast one day and formal cocktail party and 4 course dinner one evening. Again it was easy to arrange everything and we were completely satisfied with all aspects including the excellent quality of the meals. We would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic!

I recently booked at Masia Victoria for a corporate hospitality event weekend during the F1 and can honestly say that the service received from start to finish was outstanding. Chris and Dominique from Sitges Luxury Rentals were so attentive from start to finish, they were extremely accommodating and professional throughout. Nothing was ever too much. We booked transfers and caterers through them and both services were absolutely fantastic. The transfers highly professional and the catering exquisite, no-one went hungry that’s for sure. The villa itself is a dream. Its huge! Ample space and so perfectly presented with the old meeting the new. Luis was our onsite contact and was so warm and welcoming, nothing was ever too much trouble and he ensured the smooth running of our weekend. All I can say is a massive thank you to the entire team. We will certainly return and would recommend Masia Victoria and Chris/Dominique’s service to all. Thanks Guys!

Stunningly authentic property beyond expectation!

Masia Victoria was the base for my NLP Master Prac Course retreat with Pro-Noctis NLP. This authentic Spanish house has a beautiful authenticity about it, and provided the perfect setting to learn, relax, and socialise. The interior of the house was immaculate, evident that so much thought and care has gone into designing this house. My room was so relaxing, and had a warm, homely feel to it. The social areas of the house are a perfect place to relax and unwind. The property was extremely clean and tidy on arrival. The owners went above and beyond to ensure both our time on the course and stay in the villa were memorable, even providing ice in the pool for our 6:00 Am cold water immersion performance training! What a way to start the day! Sant Pere Ribes, is a beautiful spiritual place, that has a very relaxing feel to it, and staying in Maisa Victoria made it the perfect week. Such a flexible house, filled with character, beauty and charm, so nice one could easily get married here, or just stay for a relaxing break, sat on the sun terrace over looking the vineyards. Beautiful place.

A beautiful villa n a tremendous location!

We were a party of 28 adults and 3 children of varying ages looking for somewhere to celebrate a 50th birthday. Masia Victoria was the perfect solution. It has masses of space for everyone both inside and out with the bonus of private bathrooms for all the bedrooms - not very often available for this size of party. The facilities are all excellent and the location was ideal being near to Sitges and Barcelona - St Pere De Ribes itself is a delightful little town with shops, bars and restaurants for those who don't want to go too far. It is an old building and I would describe the ambience as "shabby chique" but with great charm. There were one or two issues eg the white goods in the kitchen and laundry room could do with updating, but none of this detracted from our enjoyment of the villa. Servais and Helena were very helpful in dealing with our requirements both before and during our stay - highly recommended! Pete & Christine Adams and friends

House full of character withbeautiful surroundings

I booked this mansion (it really is!) for a company kick-off (24 persons). The house has everything we could possibly need and a little more, and I can imagine the house being great even in the winter with it's beautiful livingrooms (many of them!), fireplaces, and cosy corners. We, anyhow, stayed outside most of the time, the south patio was a great place to hang out, sunbath, have a barbeque and just enjoy this 'oasis'. The house has a lot of character and each room has it's own charm. The surroundings are worth exploring as well; Sant Pere de Ribes is a beautiful and lively little town, and a walk along the the wineyards (just above Masia Victoria) is highly recommended. I really don't have anything negative to say, we had a fantastic experience here and the staff was very helpful and serviceminded.

Great blend of old and contemporary

Photos are accurate and house can accommodate a lot of people comfortably. The internet is good and and the property management was fairly responsive. Most bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There were many nice rooms to choose from. The a/c in the house worked well. the only drawback was the flies. There were a significant amount of flies outside in the pool area (maybe 20-40 at any one time). They were aggressive and come and land on you. We asked if the property manager could have pest control come which they did and it cut the problem in half but it didn't solve the problem. It made eating outside impossible and limited the time we could spend comfortably outside. I'm not sure what the solution is perhaps netting over the pool and outside area or plants that deter the flies. When we were packing up the car to leave in front of the house i was swarmed by about 20. Maybe its a seasonal thing there i don't know but we stayed in Sitges for a week before and didn't have any issue with flies. That is the only reason i didn't give the property five stars.

One beautiful, magical place to visit!!

Masia Victoria is absolutley beautiful and exactly as depicted in all the photographs. We booked this property as a destination wedding location in hopes that it would fulfill all the needs we had for our large family. The masia is so large that even with 24 house guests and 10 more visiting there was plenty of space. The court yard provides a private yet spacious outdoor setting and plenty of gathering room for all the events we held. I can not say enough about how accommodating the entire staff was and how absolutely wonderful they treated us. Besides booking the masia we used their catering services for a breakfast, a bridal shower, and the wedding. Every meal was exquisitely prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend Allen and his team for any catered event!! As far as Servias, Helena, Chris, and Dominique they were most accomodating and worked with me on every request I had and made this wedding an event to remember for all.

Breathtaking house and decoration, a must see!

This is one of a kind. Fantastic house, very romantic and luxury decoration yet with an extremely cosy atmosphere. The owners arranged a traditional paella lunch with local cava as a start of our visit. Simply book it. Served a long dining table alongside the pool set up like in a top restaurant made this a unique experience. The house itself, her layout and decoration (all done by the owners couple) is truly amazing. Ask them about the story behind it, especially the wall paintings. A visit we'll not forget and is highly on our list to visit again. Service, comfort and possibilities are all on the highest standard.

We loved it!!

Simply wonderful!

We had our family reunion in Masa Victoria the last week of July and had an amazing time. The house is gorgeous and beautifully restored. We all loved every minute we spent in the house, with its nice pool and its lovely settings. The location is perfect. Sant Pere de Ribes is a charming and peaceful little town with nice restaurants and shops, and easy access to Barcelona and Sitges. You can take the E14 bus that takes you to downtown Barcelona in 45 minutes for only €4. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Sitges is also a short drive away that has amazing beaches and restaurants. I hope to go back there one day for another reunion and repeat the amazing time we had there.

Summer 2016 stay at Masia Victoria

We as a group of 27 in six families are having a delightful and pleasant stay at Masia Victoria at Sitges. The Sitges area offers everything you can imagine, and this villa is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern beauty/convenience.

Originally, we were seduced by the various levels of Masia Victoria, the historic feel, the many terraces, and the privacy the villa offers. It's also located right next to the village.

Its unique location means that our guests can stroll through the village, but still have very easy access to Sitges and its beaches, the natural Park of Garraf, the well known wineries of the area, and, of course, Barcelona.
