Experience comfortable and classic decor in this fine upscale three bedroom unit at the Majestic Sun. The unit is located on the 8th floor with an incredible Gulf front view from a private balcony. The living room displays contemporary elegant upscale furnishings, beautifully tiled floors, and West Indies style dining table for four, as well as three bar stools. Prepare the family’s favorite meal in this fully equipped kitchen with bright white cabinetry and full-size appliances. Relax and enjoy a beautiful king bed in the master bedroom, access to the balcony facing the ocean, large walk-in closet, and separate master bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom will have an upscale king bed also with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has one twin bed and a twin/double bunk bed. All the bedrooms have DVD players and flat-screen TVs. There is also a CD stereo system for your listening pleasure. Please come and refresh on a fabulous upscale beach getaway in this luxurious unit. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful location but could use some TLC

The view from the unit is absolutely stunning, I would stay there again. However, some of the furniture is a bit old (sofas) and should be replaced. The master bedroom mattress is very firm, a little too firm for our liking. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for all guests. I look forward to visiting again!

So much space with a veiw.

This was a great spot for a family. With easy access to the beach and amenities. Enough space that we were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Deco was beachy without being over the top. The veiw was spectacular being at the perfect hight to see everything.

Ready to return

Very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful ocean side view from the balcony. The accommodations were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cups. There is a coffee, pot and toaster and electric can opener. There was a limited amount of paper products, such just toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap and no coffee filters. it was enough to get our vacation started. Three bedrooms with a bathroom attached to each one made it convenient. We hope this unit is available when we come next time. So yes I would recommend this place.

I loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but the furniture and mattress were very old. The pillows on the sofa had feathers coming out of the fabric. There were many things we needed in the kitchen that just weren’t supplied….pot holders. I had to get a towel ftom the bathroom to get the hot pot out of the oven. There was no plastic containers at all. So nothing to put leftovers in. Also no cookie sheets so my granddaughter could not make her cookies that we bought at the store assuming there was a cookie sheet supplied. Thus place really needs updating

Majestic Sun Condo

This building is showing its age. Condo looks modern but has numerous condition issues. flooring was buckled and broken, doors were in need of repair or updating, beds were awful to sleep on, and lighting inside the condo was horrible. with every light in the place burning, it was hard to see to read or play games at night. overall condo was dirty on arrival, and cleaners were pushing us out before our check-out time. We loved the beach, the location, and the view, but the condo, building, and lack of onsite staff would keep me from ever booking here again. honestly, when we have the beach to listen too, there isnt much else we care about, but this condo was loaded with issues.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This property is a safety trap and a dump. Two doors, both of which open to the outside, did not have proper LOCKS. My 2yo could escape with ease. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES. We had to call to get locks installed and they did not come until the afternoon. There are blinds cords in reach of children. The floor was peeling up or just flat damaged in many places. They would not accommodate a refund for the night we got no sleep with our 2yo bc we could not leave him in the kids room with no LOCKS. This place is TERRIBLE.

Almost perfect!

Great condo with incredible views and super convenient to the beach! I WOULD book this again but there are definitely some updates general maintenance things needed. That said we needed a new broom, contacted Vacasa and had a new broom same day! Other things were needed but I was on vacation and just didn’t want to keep contacting Vacasa for more stuff. (Cookie sheet, sharper knives or a sharpener, hot pads to remove stuff from the oven) Overall a great stay. Plenty to do and will be back!

Wonderful Experience

We loved our time here! The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo itself was clean and comfortable and very spacious. We were a short walk away from the Whalestail, a great place for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, cleaning couple definitely be better!

It was a nice place. The cleaning was very mediocre. The table was dirty, little trash items were left around the condo. There aren’t many pans so definitely plan accordingly. We don’t eat in a whole lot but usually cook breakfast and dinner a few nights and the pan situation was a struggle. No one complained about their beds and mine was comfy. The view from the condo is amazing! And access to the beach and pools is why we stay at this condo. But overall it was really nice, just wish I didn’t have to pay for a cleaning service that didn’t happen lol

Returned guests

We love majestic sun! Our family has stayed in many rooms at this condo but we have chosen to come back to room 801 for so many reasons! Very clean well taken care of property you can really tell the owners care about it! This is a stand out condo compared to others, highly recommend!

Won’t Disappoint!!!

We rented this unit for a family vacation and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, super clean, & beautiful view of the beach from the balcony from both the living room & master bedroom. Access to the beach was super easy. I do recommend you call ahead and reserve chairs and umbrellas at the beach. This will make your day a lot more pleasant by not having to drag chairs back & forth.

Double check

I love the view and the space of this unit. The draw back was, as usual I take a lysol wipe to wipe all handles and it did not stay white. Plus the unit is/ was for sale and people just walked in. Vacasa did take care of it .

Great Stay

Great Location. Amazing view of the clear blue water from the living room, master bedroom and balcony areas. A very short walk across the street onto the beach. This area had a "low key", family friendly atmosphere compared to other beach areas that we have found to be a little more wild and jam packed along the gulf coast. Room was spacious, but some of the furniture such as the sofa/love seat and some mattresses were a little worn out in my opinion. When we first entered the room, we noticed it was not cleaned as well as it should have been for our arrival. There was some dirt and crumbs left behind on the dining table, living room table and kitchen counters, and the laundry room had a laundry basket full of wet dirty towels/linen left behind. Despite this small inconvenience, we were able to get it corrected in a timely manner and VACASA chose to refund us the $235 cleaning fee for our trouble. Overall it was a great little 3 night stay for the 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) and will DEFINITELY choose the Majestic Sun to stay again..

Pleasant vacation

Overall cleanliness and comfort was nice and the unit was well maintained. We had issues opening and closing the balcony sliding door as it took both hands and a good “heave ho.” The couches and area rug are quite worn, but also speaks to the popularity of this unit. The view and overall ambiance was amazing and much needed after a long vacation hiatus due to CoVid. The property overall was also well maintained.

Beautiful place with beautiful views

We loved everything about this condo. It was clean, welcoming, and the views were incredible. Added bonus being on the end so it provided extra sunlight from the east. The pool was heated and perfect for our fall stay. We're already talking about booking another trip here. Some previous reviews commented on it being dirty so that almost steered us away from booking. I'm glad we did. I did not feel it was dirty at all and I have high standards with cleanliness. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Real nice rental

Loved the open concept and balcony views. Couch/loveseat needs updating. It is Worn and feathers all over the place. Outdoor furniture is rusty and worn.

Very disappointing

This unit has so much potential but the amount of yuck we felt with on our stay was unbelievable. Everything from dust fans and blinds, a dirty stove to gunk left in the trash can from previous tenants. In a time like this it really makes you wonder if your they are not paying attention to some detail things like that, what are they paying attention to? I have a business cleaning Airbnb’s and would have been highly appreciated embarrassed to leave a property in this shape and call it clean. Someone from Vacasa reached out after a survey they sent but no response back. For what I paid for this property I expected better.
