This ground-floor condominium has a contemporary decor and is tiled throughout. The unit has convenient access to the beach boardwalk from the back patio, which faces the Gulf. The living room offers a fantastic leather queen sofa sleeper, an ottoman that opens up into a twin sleeper, a cozy beige chair, an oversized leather chair, and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. There is a dining table that seats four with additional barstools for ample seating. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen features terrific cookware, granite countertops, and full-size stainless steel appliances, with all the cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer. When you're not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Things to know:
The pool in this building is closed until January 1, 2026, for repairs. The guest can use the pool in the A building. The pool code is the same in both buildings.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Linen was more than sufficient. Location is great. On the beach yet near places to eat and shop. No problems with WiFi. The absent ice maker really did not cause a problem. We used the ice trays that were provided and emptied those into a bowl that we kept in the freezer. Never ran out of ice.

Shower curtain 2 foot too short , WILL flood bathroom EVERY TIME . Not even sure what they were thinking with this?? Only + I give is the location and view of ocean. We stay at this condo each time but definitely one of the worst we have had with cleanliness and materials provided such as enough blankets, pillows and such. Didn’t know I needed my own from home for each bed ? For the cost we paid to stay here not even a week , surely they can get enough bedding for guest. NEXT.

Amazing stay

We always stay at Crystal Sands on the first floor so we can walk right into the beautiful beach. The only issue we faced was someone who smoked a cigar on the terrace above us. There are signs everywhere that say it is a no -smoking property.

Wonderful spot for family vacation!

We love staying at this property. This is our second condo we have stayed in here. Both were great! Love being able to walk right out to the beach. They provided some starters like a roll of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pod. The bed is very comfortable. We slept great every night. They even had a box fan which was a nice touch for those of us that need that to sleep. The kids enjoyed having the bunk beds. Room has all the basics needed for a nice stay.

Will book again

This condo didn't disappoint. Super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, and being able to step out and go straight to the beach was amazing. Only downfall was 5 days in to our 10 day stay we lost internet connection and never regained it. Will definitely book this condo again.

I've never had an issue with the cleanliness of this condo. In 2020 the air freshener was so heavy that it was difficult to breathe, but that was corrected this year. We had sufficient bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Kitchen had everything we needed; last year we had to purchase a frying pan. If anyone is curious, there is a Kurig as well as a regular coffee maker. For the first time since we've been staying in 107B, we had clothes hangers! We have learned to bring a blanket for the bed. Weather was absolutely perfect. We came early enough in the season that 2 beach chairs and umbrella were provided.

The place was nice. It was great to have a washer/dryer combo and full kitchen. The view was beautiful and the location was convenient to restaurants and shops. The only issue was when you enter the code on the door. Sometimes it worked and Sometimes it didn't. If you rent the unit, you have to hit # then the number.

Great view!!

Wonderful condo with an amazing view!! Loved it was on the 1st floor so easy to go out the back door and immediately be at the walk to get down to the beach!! Very convenient!! Able to park right in front of the condo front door made loading and unloading the car super convenient as well!! Very close and convenient to a multitude of restaurants, shopping, and Walmart!! Would have been nice if beach towels would have been provided and the tv in the bedroom didn't have a remote so we couldn't change the channel. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location but...

Awesome location, been there many times but this was the first time ever we found bugs in condo. 2 waterbugs and one cochroach in one week, pest control is needed! Also, the washer was not washing right either. New management seems to not work out so well. Prices for next year almost doubled - crazy.

Great location but managing could be better

First the location is great but for the amount of money we pay to stay here the managing of this property could be better. 1. The listing doesn't tell you they don't provide towels. I had to ask for extra and was still not given any face towels. Towels I was given were fuzzy leaving lint everywhere and were short barely wrapping around my body. Check in - have to wait to 4 which is crazy considering they make you check out so they know when the last person is out. Let people check in early its vacation Beach service is only from 9 to 5pm which the listing doesn't communicate. When we were there the beach service was so eager to end we barely got to enjoy. They closed down at the first sight of rain. It stopped raining 20 minutes later. The other private beaches still had chairs we didn't.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

I have stayed that Crystal Sands several times but this was my first time in this unit working with Vacasa. The unit was dirty. I wish I could post pictures. There was lipstick on the cups. There was not a basket in the dishwasher so we had to hand wash all utensils. We requested a basket for the dishwasher but we just received a sorry for the inconvenience response. WIFI never worked the entire stay. We reached out day 1 and everyday after that for about 4-5 days (after that we figured they would not be helping) and all they would say is sorry. Yes we tried the whole unplug and plug back in method and it didn't work. We were there for 7 days. There were 5 of us and not enough towels. I contacted them to request more and they stated they didn't provide towels and when I said all of the towels match and are sets. There were bath, hand, and wash cloths they said they would look into it. Two days later they hung a bag on my doorknob with more towels. There was a roach that ran across the floor. Upon cleaning the floor we found dead roaches. So unless you want to clean top To bottom while you are on vacation, have no wifi (our phones did not work without it), hand wash your eating utensils and have bad property management service then I would steer clear from this property.
