This 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxurious townhome in ChampionsGate can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably and includes a private splash pool, access to all resort amenities as well as plenty of at-home extras such as an in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and more. Plus, Disney is just a short 10 minute drive away!

As a guest of ChampionsGate Resort, you will have free, unlimited access to all resort amenities, including:

THE SPACE:
The large fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, kitchen bar, or even outdoor patio space. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one the TV or cooking dinner.

Each bedroom features its own large flat screen TV. The ground floor bedroom features a master suite with a king size bed, modern decor dripping in luxury and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three additional rooms. A king bedroom and two children themed bedrooms, each with a full sized bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Did someone say slumber party?

The outdoor patio space is perfect for entertaining, featuring a private splash pool, plenty of outdoor seating, sun lounger chairs and an outdoor grill.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

The house was clean and pretty. The location was bit challenging only because traffic but other than that, great stay.

End of school year geyaway

Overall the property was clean and fit our trip. There were a couple hiccups like the long lines at the main gate and guest that where not on the list even though i provided the info. The house is not close to the resort and we had to drive multiple cars. The parking at the main pool was limited and the pool was definitely over crowded. The house could definitely use some new furniture as the are stained and been well used. The walls could use a fresh coat of panint and the previous damage from renters needs to be fixed properly. The pool was nice but could use a good pressure washing. The master bedroom upstairs needs blackout curtains it was way to bright and we where unable to sleep in our whole stay which stinks because the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our family time but a few things could have made it better.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Check in was smooth. The property was nice. The community pool and facilities were nice. We hoped their would have been more activities though. I would say more kitchen supplies would be useful (large bowls, more silverware, baking pan) The ice machine wasn’t working. The living room rug was very used and needs to be replaced. More towels and blankets are definitely needed. We asked for the pool to be heated and it never was. I communicated this with them in hopes to get it heated during our stay but it never happened. We did not get changed for it though. But we decided to spend more $ for our stay to have a private heated pool. And the pool was too cold for us the whole time. So I wish we would have chosen a different place to stay for less at that point. If the pool had been heated I would give our stay a 4/5 stars. Being that the pool was not heated and the community pool was lacking activities I would give our stay 3/5 stars.

Once inside the layout was just as the photos depicted online. However, there were several issues (damages) I found while looking over the home. I made notes of all and made contact with the company. The staff was very professional and noted all my concerns. Other than those issues the house was perfect. We enjoyed our time there. The kids loved having their own rooms and the pool. I would stay here again.
