The entire condo features all-new flooring and a new furniture in the living room makes for the perfect place to relax in front of the flatscreen after a day of fun. A full, well-equipped kitchen has all-white major appliances, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender plus dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, and flatware in case you want to prepare a full meal during your stay. The adjacent dining area seats four at mealtime.

The sliding glass doors in the living room open onto a private balcony with a bird’s eye view along the western coastline. From the balcony, you can see the gulf during the day and the twinkling lights of Destin at night. This is 716 square feet of the most cost-effective spending of your vacation dollars, perfect for a quick weekend getaway, an upbeat week for two or something in between just to get reenergized before returning to the daily grind. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
