*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.


This stunning vacation rental at Sundestin Beach Resort offers updated and exceptional accommodations. This unit offers tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom and also offers a private balcony located off of the living room and the main bedroom. This unit has a very warm and welcoming decor. This one bedroom coastline unit offers a large balcony with breathtaking sunset views. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. It offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

An Amazing Getaway

Everything was perfect! The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. Make sure you bring some extra bath towels though, they do not supply very many. There’s not a washer and dryer in the unit so bring you a roll of quarters. There is a laundry room on each floor. Call a couple of days ahead of time to reserve your chairs so you can get the front row. The furniture is a little old, but who cares, you’re at the beach! Get a few bags of ice, no ice maker. Enjoy! I hope you have the best time, just like we did!

This is a casual condo, nothing fancy but met our needs. It is a bit dated but clean, the staff is friendly and location is great. Thanks for a good stay!

Great place for our honeymoon!

We had our honeymoon here and the view from our condo was fantastic. The furniture in the condo was either quality or falling apart. The WiFi was slower than dialup. Everything else was perfect. The beach view and service was perfect. I would stay here again.

The location is great, as well as the property amenities. However, the condo itself is in desperate need of a makeover/update- everything is grimy and old, carpet is stained, fingerprints everywhere. The condo needs new paint and carpet and furniture.

OK, Bare Bones Basic, Nothing Fancy, Decent Price.

Pretty clean, 1980’s decor, side view of ocean. Provided some toiletries but not so much as a salt shaker for kitchen supplies. We read the reviews before we booked in early Jan and all the suggestions have still been ignored. Just some ice trays, better towels, bed spread, etc. would go a long way.

The location and price are great for this condo. If you are planning on cooking you may consider bringing you own pots/pans because the ones in there are terrible, everything sticks no matter how much oil/butter you use. There was only ONE bent up metal spatula, so bring that too. The walls and appliances were visibly dirty and needed to be SCRUBBED. The bed is huge but very uncomfortable. Those are my only complaints, everything else was great!!!! PS, bring a couple blankets because everything in that house is thin like sheets.

CLEAN BUT THATS ALL

MULTIPLE ISSUES UPON ARRIVAL!!!!! SECURITY LOCK ON DOOR BROKE AND MISSING, REFRIDGERATOR HAD TO BE REPLACED ( By the RESORT Personel), Knobs on kitchen cabinets were missing, The battery in the MAIN DOOR KEY CARD OPENER WAS DEAD and LUCKLY the RESORT MAINTENANCE was still there ( they leave @5pm and live 45mins-1hr away) or We would have been LOCKED OUT AND WAITING to get in to the room WE PAID FOR!!!!!! THE "MYSTERY LOCKED DOOR in the bathroom where the washer/ dryer should be was unaccessible!!!! The RESORT is AWESOME but this unit is in DIRE NEED OF MAINTENANCE!!!!!!

Economy Style

Great unit layout, location, and beautiful beach and sunset views. But…. This unit is in desperate need of updates. The couch is ancient and had a hole in it. There is a very small TV in the living area but a big one in the bedroom. The bed is very firm. The bedding is super thin like paper sheets. Bring blankets. It was also not that clean. There was hair in the refrigerator, the air vents were filthy, covered with dust. There was thick dust under the furniture, and the bathroom sink was dirty. The sheets were stained. Vacasa texted after checkin to ask about cleanliness, but took hours to respond, and then never offered any assistance except if it was an immediate/urgent need. it was a super deal pricewise, but you get what you pay for. It’s an OK unit if you’re just looking for a cheap minimally decent place to stay on the beach.

We had numerous issues with the condo. Had to have maintenance up three times during the week to have our front door fixed. It would not latch and could be pushed open from the outside. Broken pieces of the walls along the carpet. Stains all over the carpets, plus we were greeted with a previous stays mint wrappers on the floor and one of their press on nails. The sliding screen door kept coming off, and the one towel racks were not attached to the wall. Very small fry pans, and nothing to flip eggs or tongs for bacon. The ceiling is peeling in many places, and the cabinets in the kitchen looked to be pulling from the ceiling. It was fine for the week since it was just a place to rest between beach days, but we will definitely not staying in this condo again. I understand it’s a rental and not putting a lot of money into them, but these are pretty big details. Pictures have been saved, I wish I could post them here.
