With a queen-size bed in the Gulf-side master bedroom, along with a queen-size murphy bed in the living area, unit 1120 accommodates up to four guests comfortably – ideal for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with friends and every occasion between. Upon entering, you will find the stackable washer and dryer combination immediately on your right and the fully-equipped kitchen on your left, including all the appliances and utensils to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads directly to the living area, featuring a queen-size murphy bed along with a television and DVD player combination. Step through the sliding glass door onto the spacious Gulf-facing deck, just steps from the white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf coast. Down the hall from the living area, you will find the bathroom on your left, boasting a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Adjacent to the bathroom is a spare closet, providing plenty of room for all your belongings. There is also a vanity with space for a seat at the end of the hall, ideal for getting work done if needed. To the right of the vanity is the entrance to the Gulf-side master bedroom. Enjoy your own private oasis with welcoming décor, gorgeous views, a king-size bed as well as a flat-screen television. Sandpiper Cove 1120 is the perfect getaway for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Things to Know
Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very nice place

Everything was as expected. Great location and the check in process was great. They text you the code to the door and don’t have to go to a remote location and check in. Overall very good experience.

Disappointed

Our stay started off on the wrong foot. We were told by Sandpiper Cove at 2:30 that the room was clean. The code wouldn’t work. We called and were told it couldn’t be changed and wouldn’t work until 4pm. We love to sit on the deck but the deck was rotten and had 1 plastic chair. We tried to plug chromecast into outlet and fire shot out. We ran extension cord to watch tv. The place could be nice but needs some TLC.

Good for quick trip but needs updates

The home was located in a very nice spot where you could literally walk out the back door to the beach. This was very convenient since traveling with a child. There were books and board games available in the villa. Kitchen was stocked with enough dishes, pots/pans, and utensils but you'll have to provide your own seasonings if planning to cook. Nice sized tv in livingroom and bedroom. One of the balcony chairs was broken, so don't lean back too far in it. Could use newer chairs/table on balcony. The dryer took a long time to dry clothing. The toilet was extremely loud each time we flushed it and the bathroom door wouldn't close nor lock properly. The wall outlet to the right above vanity/sink near bedroom did not work. There were no sheets for the murphy bed in the livingroom and no pillowcases for the pillows for that bed. Informed them via text next day, since it was after hours when we arrived, and was told someone would bring them that day. There were also no small wash towels, only hand towels and some larger drying towels. Thankfully we brought some small wash towels along. Also, I informed them of the spiders we saw in bathroom and huge bugs in kitchen crawling on floor and countertop. That wasn't dealt with while there, as we had to make sure to leave nothing on countertop. We didn't get sheets and pillowcases until the following day after that text which was the day before we were leaving. The bedroom is really hot at night, as a ceiling fan would be a good idea. Turning the air down to cool the room more, would basically freeze the person sleeping on murphy bed in livingroom. Also, the bed in bedroom had no comforter, just a thin sheet and very thin blanket. Furniture could use updating (i.e larger bed in bedroom, new sofa). Sofa not too comfortable. Will probably stay in the location again but in a different villa, if available.

Will NEVER AGAIN!

First provided wrong address to location. Followed by misrepresenting the property in the pictures. Communication was non-existent with manager. Did not respond to request for outdoor chairs, as shown in listing. 3 unannounced men had entry code and entered our unit. Cockroach’s in the kitchen of this unit. Crawling on our food. Vacasa was VERY unprofessional. We relocated after one horrible night in the unit. Still disputing our repund

Great location but a few things broken

This was a great location on the beach sand dunes. Sand not hot when walking without shoes. Perfect to just pick up and go to the ocean at any time of day. Cons for property: unstable toilet, broken washer, broken sliding door, wall was scratched up and paint peeling, door to master bedroom did not secure and lock, bathroom door had a hard time to secure and lock as well.

Perfect for a Couple

The place is perfect for two individuals. You can sleep 4, but that’s really pushing the limit. I absolutely love the place. Small, quiet, and pretty much centrally located in Destin. The beach is literally less than 100 yards away. We were provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Alcohol is allowed on the beach. The place has a full kitchen, fridge, and washer and dryer. We cooked and washed our clothes with ease. I’m definitely booking again for next year!

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed staying at Sandpiper Cove. It was a beautiful place just a few steps away from the beach. They have a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room, and many pools to choose from. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall Awesome Experience

This was a great place to stay on short notice. This unit is right on the beach with awesome access. We don’t have any major complaints whatsoever and it was great overall. In comparison to other condos we have rented, there are a few minor things that could improve the stay. There weren’t linens for the Murphy bed which our kids needed and the information we read said that was provided. We could have used more than one extra trash bag and would have been happy to clean better if we had any supplies. The living room rug is a trip hazard and needs to be replaced. Upgrading the mattress, couch, and carpet would make a world of difference to the look but it was fine for us. Easy in and out and we had a great time overall.

So-so

This condo is so-so. It was not extravagant by any means. We chose it because it was on the beach, but I would’ve rather been off the beach in a nicer, more comfortable condo. The bathroom was nice and renovated it seemed. The couch was very old and dated. The master bed was super firm and uncomfortable, the Murphy bed was better but has spots on the cover so we put another mattress protector over. One of the sliding doors don’t lock so their solution was to put a piece of wood in the sliding part so the door didn’t open. There was peeling pieces on the walls. The air vents were rusted. I don’t recommend this condo unless there just aren’t other options for you. The cost just wasn’t worth it to me.

Great location

You seriously can not beat the location! Back porch and there’s the beach! When we walked in though it definitely smelt like older furniture. So I had to buy some febreeze. Also the sheets on the bed had something on it so I had to rewash them then I found a used bandaid behind the night stand it’s still there because it grossed me out so y’all might want to clean a little better before the next guest especially since I got a text message saying y’all would be cleaning extra because of Covid! I brought my own Lysol wipes though! The worst part about the condo was the bed! One side of the bed has the biggest lump in it I didn’t get any sleep I went and bought a mattress pad to try and help I left it there Because it helped a little. The owner really needs to update the furniture and mattress! I will be back to sandpiper cove because you can not beat the location and private beach!! but not this condo unless they change the mattress!
