We hope you enjoy our place as we have.
CONDO WITH A VIEW!
Two bedroom- 2 bath condo, half a flight of stairs up with a view. Conveniently located minutes from Weirs Boulevard, Fun spot & the Mt Washington boat. Easy access for Bike Week, park your car grab your bike and take a ride down the hill. This 2nd floor condo has all the amenities which starts with a view, sleeps 7 starting with a king size tempurpedic in one bedroom; a queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. The living room has two comfy pull out sofa(s) 1 queen and 1 twin; air conditioning, electric fireplace, washer & dryer in the unit, smart TV’s, wireless internet, a community saltwater pool with grilling area that includes tables and chairs. Property also has a playground, tennis courts, trailer parking and botchy ball area. This unit is in the smallest building on the property and noticeably quiet if that is what you are looking for. Linens and towels are included.

The condo was clean and very well maintained. The owners got back to us quickly and the on-site pool was a big hit with my family. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The lake view can't be beat. The condo was nicly decorated, well supplied with games etc, for rainy days and everything was VERY clean. There was attention to detail throughout. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It had everything we needed linens, towels & soaps. The kitchen was well appointed, nothing lacking there. The best part is the view! It was fun to see all of the boats coming & going, especially the Mt. Washington. The Weirs was fun too, lots of things to do there. We like to swim so having the pool available & Weirs Beach nearby was great. We played bingo at Funspot one night which was lot of fun. I won a round so was happy about that too! All in all we had a great 2 weeks. Thanks Idena & Jeff, you're great hosts.

Great stay

Overall, it was a great stay. I did have a little trouble getting checked in as I did not receive the door code and we struggled to contact the property manager. Overall, the property was clean and well taken care of. My only other complaint would be not enough hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and accommodations. We loved staying there , the view, ammenties, location Having the building name & unit # would have been helpful since we arrived very late and it was dark.

Enjoyable Time!

The condo was nicely furnished. It had a great view of the lake. The kitchen was very well stocked. The linens were great! We had a lovely time. It was close enough to to all the activities that were going on during the week that we could walk to them. Conveniently located for Laconia Bike Week.

Great location, Beautiful view of the lake.

Weirs Beach

Wonderful place to stay in Weirs Beach and while visiting other nearby places in New Hampshire. The condo is comfortable and quiet. The owner is very nice and very responsive to suggestions and needs. We would stay there again.

Great property

Great location with a beautiful view of the lake. Came with my husband and two children, and stayed for five days. The room was set up with lots of games and several television options. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Great communication with the owners throughout our stay.
