Welcome to the Lakes Region! Our condo is part of the village at Winnipesaukee, close to famous Weirs Beach, and Gunstock Mountain. Whether you're looking for relaxing, boating in summer, or skiing in winter, or just a quick weekend getaway, we hope you'll find our place to your liking.
The condo offers 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a great view the lake, a pool during summer, tennis court, a playground, close to local attractions, and restaurants.

The condo was clean and quaint and located in an excellent location. You can easily walk to Weirs Beach and have some lake views out of the room with the two twin beds. Finding the unit in the dark was difficult despite instructions. Those instructions alluded to a map in photos but we could not access it. The buildings themselves don’t have lights on the building numbers making it challenging to see. Once we found it, the spit was an excellent respite for our 3 day family adventure that kept us out most of the day. The hosts were very slow to respond when we asked for extra pillow cases. We unfortunately did not receive them within the 3 night stay but this is likely just a one time issue.Everything else was lovely!

This place was clean! Spacious!! Location was AWESOME!!! Kids loved the pool!! You can walk to Wei’s beach!!! Close to Funspot!!! Highly recommend !!

Condo was great ! JP was very helpful and accommodating . We wanted a quick getaway and a place to stay overnight while enjoying the area and taking in a concert ! Will def try to stay here again!

Dissapointed

Our granddaughter’s family did not stay because of offensive odors in what is supposedly a non-smoking unit and building. When contacting the owner, no refund was provided.

It was three of us ladies up for motorcycle week and had a wonderful time! This condo was exactly as listed an extremely clean and while taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Girls weekend

We were doing the NH Jingle Bell Wine Tour and this was the perfect place for us to stay at. We enjoy the area and visit often. The condo is a great location and very clean.
