Villa Eugenia is a stunning residence with a lot of charme and every confort.
Few minutes from Sorrento this Villa is the ideal place for families seeking relaxation without renouncing sightseeing or sunbathing on the famous beaches of the Amalfitan coast.
Fully equipped has inside a lift that allows easy access to the floors.
The garden is equipped with gas BBQ, outdoor dining area, swimming pool and relaxation area .
Four bedrooms all with air conditioning, lounge with satellite TV corner, three bathrooms with shower one of which also has a bathtub, garage inside the structure.
Quite near to a horse riding centre, the place is also ideal for nice walks along the paths of the surrounding Mediterranean scrub.
Lots of good restaurants nearby serving fresh, and genuine food, especially fish and local produces.
As for shopping , Sorrento at few minutes' drive,is full of top level brands as well as handcraft shops selling good quality souvenirs locally made. Daily excursions to Capri, Amalfi, Pompei and other sites are all easily available.

Anniversary celebration @ Villa Eugenia - Piano di Sorrento

Celebrating a special anniversary with our family I reserved Villa Eugenia, an authentic Italian setting. Our communication was best with Rosa through WhatsApp. We were impressed with the tiled area, number of rooms,gated enclosure of the property, air conditioning in the bedrooms, WIFI, pool, garden area and the elevator (most helpful for bringing luggage up and down the three floors). The children loved the pool and we were able to dine on outdoor patio using the barbecue grill. The local market was within walking distance and we shopped there for everything since only the barest necessities were available when we arrived at the Villa. The proprietors of the market,Pepe and Rita,were so pleasant and helpful and Pepe even delivered our first order since we purchased so much and couldn't carry all back to the Villa. The food in the local restaurants,including LaRosa,was wonderful. A few points- the VRBO posting claimed to accommodate up to 13 people but we had just enough beds for our 9. The property is enclosed but the Villa is on a VERY busy street and the walking path is very narrow. Also,there were tiny ants in the kitchen and first floor. The distance to Sorrento was further than expected; we utilized car servce for our daily prebooked excursions to Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast - Positano, Amalfi, Minori,Capri, Mt.Vesuvius etc. We enjoyed a cooking class and day at a farm. The views were MAGNIFICENT! We have wonderful memories of Southern Italy and Villa Eugenia!

Absolutely Magical

We had the most wonderful family trip to the Amalfi Coast thanks to Rosa and her beautiful villa. We had a group of 12 adults and teens. We all fell in love with the house and the beautiful little town where it is just outside of Sorrento. We did not rent cars and were able to walk to several nearby cafes, gelato shops, markets, and restaurants. All of us enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Rosa is the best host. She is thoughtful and thinks of everything you might need. She even surprised us by giving us her homemade limoncello and homemade cakes. We were so sad to leave. We will never forget this magical vacation. Thank you, Rosa!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eugenia. Our host Rosa is an awesome host. She immediately makes you feel like a friend. The Villa is conveniently located to Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The house is beautiful. Highly recommend Villa Eugenia! Rosa will take good care of you.

Due golfi

Bella casa, comoda e spaziosa anche per 8/10 persone. Vista affascinante dal terrazzo in alto. Rosa ci ha accolti in modo gentile e riservato, spiegandoci le cose essenziali. Letti un po’ duri, ma è una preferenza personale. Forse l’unico punto negativo e’ la troppa vicinanza a una strada molto trafficata.

Relaxation!!

Where do I begin. Being that this is the first review ever, I want to be honest for not only future visitors but also for the owner. We arrived slightly early and thankfully, Rosa, our contact, was extremely understanding and allowed us to come early. The cleaners were still there but were very nice. When asked to find the nearest supermarket, the cleaner led us back down the mountain. Come to find out, the nearest one was literally just up the block. The pictures posted on the website are exactly as it looks. Rosa arrived to welcome us and informed us that the dryer was broken but she would have a technician come and look at it. Turns out, the dryer could not be fixed. Not a big deal at all. The clothes dried outside quickly. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were awesome. The view from the roof and the upstairs bathroom were also wonderful. The pool was delightful and a joy for the kids. The kitchen was lovely and accommodating. There is a major ant problem in the second floor bathroom with the trail coming around the room and into the shower. The ants also seem to be a bigger problem around the barbecue. On that note, the BBQ was a nice touch for some outdoor grilling. The wifi was an issue on the upper floor and Rosa tried everything to get that fixed. If you need to use the wifi, you have to be on the ground floor. The Villa is close enough where we drove to Sorrento for dinner which was quite nice. Overall, the Villa was a lovely stay.
