Stylish second-floor end unit, ideal for a couples’ beach getaway! This beautifully renovated condo features a peek of the ocean, a sleek kitchen with granite counters and black stainless appliances, and a cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" smart TV. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and a 32" smart TV, and the bathroom includes a beautiful walk-in shower. Just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Includes 2 beach bikes and 2 chairs—everything you need for a relaxing stay by the sea!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Nice place, small but has everything you need. Property manager quick to respond to anything we needed. Only cleanliness issue i saw was sign over bed was very dusty.

Nice place for a short stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to check in and out. The condo is nice and it is well decorated. The owner communicated well through the app. The location is great. We walked out to the beach to watch the sunrise and walked to the Tiki Hut at night. The only downside to this place is that it is very small and some of the furniture could use an update (the bed and couch). That being said, I’d happily stay here again and I’d recommend it to others.

Great getaway

Very nice condo in a great location. Super close to the beach and a nice, quiet area to stay. Was very close to shops and restaurants. While we didn’t use them, having bikes available is a nice option as well. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful rental

We enjoyed this property very much. Loved the updates of the rental and the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. I was worried about the check in process but it was a breeze, the owners provide everything you need for a great time! Definitely would book again.

Great stay

Had a wonderful trip to Hilton head last month. This condo is fantastic. Great location easy access to the beach the pool was lovely and the unit itself was fantastic. Everything was spotless and clean plenty of towels and just a great unit. Highly recommend!

Great place for couple it small family.

We had a great time at this condo. It's very convenient to everything. Top of the line everything throughout the condo. We're usually ready to be back in our own bed by the time vacation is over, but we're going to miss that bed. Super comfortable.

There is nothing I could think of to rate below excellent. Everything was clean, close proximity to attractions, etc. This is perfect for 2 people but any more than that would be crowded. Thanks again

Modern updated room...loved it!

Loved everything about this room. Very modern, clean, and updated. Will definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Very attentive, checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. Loved the cookies and wine upon check-in. We used the bikes several times, really enjoyed biking the beaches and trails. Had traffic not been so crazy we could have even checked in sooner. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

1st time to HH

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and the location was perfect! Close to the beach, shopping and dining within walking distance or by trolley. The condo was comfortable and inviting; looked just liked the photos. The hostess was quick to respond with recommendations for things to do/see and places to dine. Hilton Head is a very bike-friendly community so it was nice having the bikes to use. We wanted a beach vacation to celebrate our anniversary and found an amazing place…..the hostess was ever so thoughtful by providing a sweet treat for us as well. We have returned home with many new and wonderful memories. Thank you!

Great location

This worked just fine for a few days for the wife and I. Great location to Coligny plaza. Walk to plenty of food and shopping. Also from the unit to my beach chair was 4 minutes. Room is a little small but was good. Wish it had a washer/dryer in the unit, but you do have access to one. The AC is on the other side away fro the bedroom, so not as cold in BR. But it does have a ceiling fan.

Cute and Comfy Updated Beachy-Chic Unit.

We loved this place and were wowed by the ambiance as soon as we stepped in the door. Everything was well decorated, clean and new, the unit was well stocked and everything worked great. Being at the end of the resort provided a slightly longer walk to the beach and a little road noise at night, but the pool was right outside our door and we could still get a peek-a-boo view of the water from our deck. If not for a few fully bloomed palm trees, the view would actually be great. The utensils are in a secret drawer, so look closely for them. Large shower was fantastic, towels were large and soft, and the bed was very comfortable and the welcome snacks were a very appreciated surprise.. Parking was available right under our unit. Host is very communicative and welcoming. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
