Freshly decorated in coastal decor, this beachfront condo sleeps up to 4 and is located right by Coligny, Hilton Head's chicest neighborhood. Freshly furnished unit includes a spacious king bed and queen sofa sleeper, both fitted with luxurious memory foam mattresses. Just a three minute walk to sandy beaches, and you can catch a glimpse of gentle tides from your own private balcony! The villa is full of amenities including beach chairs, beach umbrella, games and much more.

The space

• Self check-in with Schlage Smart Lock System (no key required)
• Freshly painted in a tasteful sea salt shade
• Bountiful amenties including soaps, shampoos, and conditioners included
• Full Kitchen, with Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, and Pots & Pans
• Newly installed stainless steel bathroom fixtures
• Linens and Bath towels provided

PRIVATE BALCONY:
• Gorgeous balcony (on the shaded side of the building) with vivid ocean views
• Sturdy table for enjoying drinks or an afternoon snack
• Two cushioned wicker chairs for maximum relaxation
• 2 beach-style chairs, 2 lawn-style chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board and cooler provided

• Brand new memory-foam king bed (Purchased in 2020)
• Plentiful closet space (and hangers) and wooden dresser, giving you more than enough space
• Mounted flat screen TV with cable and streaming apps

LIVING ROOM:
• Recently purchased 50” Smart TV with access to Spectrum digital cable and all your favorite Smart TV apps
• Memory foam Queen sleeper sofa provides for a great night's rest
• Comfy armchair makes for a great reading nook
• Wooden dinner table and chairs fostering delicious stay-at-home meals
• Numerous side tables for drinks, games, snacking, etc.

Amazing place and very close to beach access. The condo is clean, very comfy and great balcony to sit and relax on.The owners are very nice and respond very quickly to messages. We have stayed here for 2 years in a row and will be back next to stay here again.

Hilton Head stay

Very clean property and well organized. Owner provided very detailed instructions regarding check and and checked on us to ensure everything going well. This was only our second VRBO experience and we plan to use this site more often. Kudos to VRBO as well as the property owners.

Great get a way for couple to stay. On beach and close to restaurants and shopping.

Overall if was just myself and wife, I would definitely consider staying there again.

Relaxing and gorgeous place

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Having access to a private beach and being close to evening on HHI was amazing. Amazing location and an awesome space for a couple. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I would rate this ten stars if I could.

A pleasant stay

This is the perfect place to stay in order to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. The rental is steps from a 12 mile beach with clean white sand. There is a nice pool area which we would have used if it had been warm enough. The unit is as described. The kitchen area is tight if you’re planning on cooking large meals but then why would you when there are numerous restaurants to choose from a 10 minute walk away. A grocery store is a 15 minute walk away for when you do want to stay in. Everything we needed for the stay (kitchen and bath) was provided by the host. Parking is convenient. For security reasons I appreciated the fact a code is needed to get into the parking and rental area. The host always responded quickly to anything that we needed. And I loved hearing the ocean at night from the balcony after the world had gone to sleep.

50th anniversary tour

Nice complex, great location. We did a lot of walking on the beach and into town. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Place needs painting. No need for carpet when on the beach. Bathroom accommodations were good. Enjoyed the time. Close to everything. Just needs to be updated. Thank you. Will use again.

Short stay getaway

The property is nice located on the beach. The pool appeared nice and clean but we never used it. So much to do just in walking distance. Great location. Our unit was clean and no complaints. We had great time.

Great condo on the beach!

Overall, this property was fantastic for a weekend trip to the beach with my fiancé! You can see the ocean from the balcony, the location is fantastic to get to restaurants without having to get in the car, and we were grateful to not be competing with other vacationers for the public parking lot at Coligny Park because the condo is right on the beach! The condo is a 10-15 minute walk to the Coligny shopping center and a very easy walk across the property to the beach. The convenience of having the sand mat and beach chairs available made our trips to the beach painless. One thing of note (but certainly shouldn't stop you from renting this unit) is that the condos in this area of the building overlook the pool, so you may hear some joyful noise during the day. It wasn't a big deal for us since we were out at the beach most of the day, but since the bedroom is next to the front door, it's good to know if you have a light sleeper. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat for the views, the convenience, and the location!

July Stay

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication was great. We requested a new, clean shower liner which they sent over promptly the next day. They quickly answered any questions we had. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the room. We likely the flexibility of not having to book an entire week, even during the summer. The location was very close to the pool, which was nice as well.

Old condo building. Decent amenities, but loud between floors. Bring earplugs or sound machine for sleeping. Unit had all the necessities for a short stay.
