2019年8月にこの場所を購入し、完全に改装されました。 すべてが2020年の真新しいものです。 ヴィラには、ベッドルームに快適なキングベッド、リビングルームにクイーンスリーパー、フルスタンディングのタイルシャワー、キッチンに新しいフルサイズのブラックステンレス器具と石のカウンター、ベッドルームとリビングルームの両方に大きなスマートテレビが備わっています。 ビーチチェア、傘、自転車が含まれています！ すべてビーチに歩いてすぐ、コリンギプラザとティキハットから数ブロックです！

ゲート付きのオーシャンフロントの複合施設であるシーサイドヴィラにあり、コリニープラザとティキハットから2ブロックの場所にあります。 ショップ、レストラン、食料品店まで徒歩圏内。 ヒルトンヘッドのメインビーチの中心部。

We have been renting condos at this property for several years! Everything you need. Easy communication with host . Clean , huge shower and great water pressure a plus for me. Bed is so comfortable. We love to sit on the balcony at night and a nice side view of the ocean! The other guests we meet are always very friendly as well! Great for couples and kids !!!

We’ve been home a week and I’m still thinking about that ocean view! The condo was a good size for my husband and I. It was very clean. And having 2 bikes available was wonderful! You can literally ride bikes for miles and miles on the wonderfully shaded bike paths in the middle of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and a great show at the Jazz Corner as recommended by the hosts!

Our stay was lovely. We decided to do a little staycation by the beach and this condo was perfect for the two of us. Great location and cute beach vibe condo. Kendall was great at communicating with me about check in, the property, and she was so responsive to my questions. Always available. Also I would like to say that her associate, Kristin, was so helpful in finding a family item that had significant meaning that was left behind. THANK YOU, Krisitin. The team was great.

Great Place For A Quick Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally Beachin' was exactly what we were looking for for a quick getaway to the beach. It is small but perfect size for a couple. The condo was one of the cleanest beach rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the beach was great and we enjoyed sitting out there in the early morning and evenings. It was a short walk to the beach and beach chairs and wagon provided with the condo made for an easy day at the beach. The pool was quiet on the days we were there and there were plenty of chairs. There were plenty of nice touches provided by hosts that were appreciated. The only negative is if you sleep hot the bedroom could get stuffy at night. There was a ceiling fan and a stand alone fan available. We will keep this one on our list for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo and couldn't have asked for a better location. Being just steps from the beach was an absolute highlight, we loved being able to grab the included beach chairs and head out for a relaxing day by the water without any hassle.The convenience of having bikes available made exploring the area so much fun. Shops and restaurants were all within easy reach, which made the trip feel effortless and stress-free.The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a quaint, cozy feel that made it easy to settle right in. It had everything we needed without feeling cluttered.If you're looking for a beach retreat with great amenities and an unbeatable location, this is it. We'd absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay! Love the proximity to the beach & walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Great hosts & very clean space. Having the bikes, chairs, and wagon was awesome. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 for a couple of nights. If you have 4 people for an entire week, I would suggest one of the hosts’ bigger units. We would definitely come back!

It was a perfect location just a short walk to the beach where we could just lay around with the chairs that were provided by the hostBalcony overlooking the beachThe kitchen had everything you needed to cook, but we just walked down the street to the restaurants in the little stores. Room was exactly as it said with a perfect side view from the balcony. Nothing at all blocks your view as the next building not close. Our host Kendall was so nice, even emailed that the room was done early and checked on us the next morning to ask if we needed anything. Room was done early, you could do whatever you want with that set up. You could cook, watch tv, look at the view, or go into you bedroom and relax. Plenty of room and privacy. Bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels. Was provided with beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to roll onto the beach. You are close enough to Coligny Plaza, 10 min walk, either by street or you could walk on the beach and make your way across. If you do not want to cook, plenty of options right there, and not even drive. This was a great stay!
