The villa was perfect for a quick getaway. Kendall was fantastic. She checked to make sure everything was good, and even had a Welcome gift. We definitely would stay here again.

Our condo was even better than anticipated! Centrally located, had all the comforts of home and amenities to enjoy a wonderful day at the beach, Kendall was a gracious host and always available. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic spot with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location just down the beach from the Coligny shops. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a beachfront stay in Hilton Head! Communication was great too!

Would not change a thing. Check in and check out simple. Villa was super clean. Host were wonderful and the view of the beach was absolutely stunning. Would use their services again. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was exactly what they described. Steps away from the beach. Minutes away from great food and drinks and shopping. Plus great communication with the owner. It never took over 1/2 hour for her to respond to anything I needed. I highly recommend and we will be back for future visits.

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised. It was clean with easy and quick access to the beach. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were very handy, and we enjoyed the bike rides on the beach with the bikes that come with the unit. We appreciated the food and shopping at the plaza just down the road. The owners were very responsive with communication. We hope to return in the future!

Okay.. The room is quaint., needs a few items taken care of...switch plate for disposal, broke open can see metal at the switch. Need to clean kitchen light full of dead bugs. The strip that the have on the wall to hide wires for wall mounted TV has falled just hanging there and plugged in with an extension cord. Bathroom floor grout could use a good cleaning. The beach chairs....hmm one was so rusted that we were bearly able to get it open, when did afraid to use for fear of breaking. The items out side really should be store in a deck bin or something to protect items. The cooler bag, I would not use. Oceanview is okay, can see more of neigbors than beach. The positive was a short walk to beach and close to restaurants and shops.

Really wish you would have contacted me about the beach chair and I would have brought you a new one, probably within minutes, but it just really sounds like you would rather complain then get a solution. Unfortunately there just isn't enough time during our busy season to clean light fixtures on a regular schedule but appreciate you bringing to my attention so we could get it taken care of. There is not room in the closet inside which is why it is stored on the balcony. Glad you enjoyed our oceanfront complex!

The door lock was a little awkward . The host was quick to reply to our inquiry. I missed having a GOOD cup of coffee in the kitchen. Overall a good comfortable stay. Very clean. Gourmet Valentine cookies were very appreciated .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we didn’t get to stay the whole time due to personal reasons, we enjoyed every minute of the time there. Everything was set up nicely and we loved the renovations they’ve done. I could have slept in the shower! To top it off they had sugar cookies as a personalized welcome gift and it’s the little things like that that are so meaningful. We will definitely be back!

This place was lovely—inviting, warm, and perfectly relaxing. It has everything you need. Being right on the beach was wonderful, especially at this time of year when everything was quiet and serene. For anyone who enjoys running or biking, there’s a quite long, paved trail right next to the property, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. It’s an ideal place for 1–2 people, and I would definitely stay here again!
