Would not change a thing. Check in and check out simple. Villa was super clean. Host were wonderful and the view of the beach was absolutely stunning. Would use their services again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location just down the beach from the Coligny shops. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a beachfront stay in Hilton Head! Communication was great too!

The condo was exactly what they described. Steps away from the beach. Minutes away from great food and drinks and shopping. Plus great communication with the owner. It never took over 1/2 hour for her to respond to anything I needed. I highly recommend and we will be back for future visits.

The door lock was a little awkward . The host was quick to reply to our inquiry. I missed having a GOOD cup of coffee in the kitchen. Overall a good comfortable stay. Very clean. Gourmet Valentine cookies were very appreciated .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we didn’t get to stay the whole time due to personal reasons, we enjoyed every minute of the time there. Everything was set up nicely and we loved the renovations they’ve done. I could have slept in the shower! To top it off they had sugar cookies as a personalized welcome gift and it’s the little things like that that are so meaningful. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised. It was clean with easy and quick access to the beach. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were very handy, and we enjoyed the bike rides on the beach with the bikes that come with the unit. We appreciated the food and shopping at the plaza just down the road. The owners were very responsive with communication. We hope to return in the future!

This place was lovely—inviting, warm, and perfectly relaxing. It has everything you need. Being right on the beach was wonderful, especially at this time of year when everything was quiet and serene. For anyone who enjoys running or biking, there’s a quite long, paved trail right next to the property, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. It’s an ideal place for 1–2 people, and I would definitely stay here again!

The host was very friendly. We had a few days to relax. Unfortunately we didn’t have any sunshine. Between rain showers we were able to enjoy a few restaurants and bands within walking distance.
