Timber Run 409 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with views of the community pool area and all the amenities you could ask for. The suite features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three people, and a dining area with a large table. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a ceiling fan for those warmer months, a large TV, and access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. For entertainment, the condo has two TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment.

Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy stay!

Easy to find, very comfortable beds and great space for a group for the weekend. Great amenities! The hot tub was relaxing! A few suggestions…1) Lighting in the living room is lacking (the bulb in the lamp may be burnt out?), please list all the amenities provided, if possible (I would definitely have left the hairdryer, pool towels, etc at home) and mold is growing on the baseboard in the guest bathroom and in the caulking in the master bathroom. Other than that, it was great!

Great ski getaway

This was a great property. Super close to the mountain, nice and clean, great space for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. The only hiccup was some confusion with the shuttle. The shuttle driver told us we had to have wristbands to ride, but the property management didn’t know anything about it. In the end we drove ourselves and had to pay for parking. That was the only downside, but everything else was great.

Good location

The location was good and easy to access everything we wanted to do. We were two families of three each so the bedding arrangements worked out great. We did have a couple of issues which weren't horrible, only annoying. The office at the condos was closed so we had to go to another condo to pick up the keys. We couldn't use the tennis courts because a time had to be scheduled, go to another set of condos to pick up rackets and balls, play for the scheduled hour, then return rackets and balls following the time slot. We didn't want to run all over the place. Only a couple of things with the actual condo - the screen on the patio door kept getting stuck and we couldn't get get it back on track and the second bedroom closet is crammed with blankets so there wasn't actually room to put any clothes in there. I know it gets cold there but the number of blankets was crazy. Overall, the condo worked for our group and we enjoyed our time there. There are some games in the living room and lawn chairs in the front closet.

Soccer tournament stay

This place was in a wonderful location with ease to all of the soccer fields. We really enjoyed the layout and how family friendly the condo was.

Nice Place

The place was fine. Somewhat older building, and the outside stairwell was very dirty. The office was also very weird about the parking, even though there was plenty of it and they didn't take any license plate info. Not sure I would stay here again. The pool was nice to have right outside the balcony.

Great Vacation with Our Family

This unit was convenient to the pool and tennis courts, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio with our family. There were games for our children to play with, and we found that we had plenty of room for our family of five.
