This was a beautiful condo for our first time in Kauai. Amazing location with incredible views. We enjoyed mornings watching the waves, surfers and even saw whales from the condo. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed and more. Communication with owners was easy. We are already planning our next trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The condo was as described. The location is absolutely gorgeous with amazing sunsets. It was really clean, had everything you would need from a home and beach standpoint. My family and I would definitely rent from Anne again.

Tens across the board! Anne was a lovely host with great communication. This is the best rental we have stayed at in Princeville. The cleanliness was top notch, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything you could possibly need for a fun stay. We will stay again!

Excellent Trip

First time to Hawaii and glad we selected Kauai, Princeville and the property we were fortunate to enjoy for the week. The owner was very nice and helpful with several recommendations for beaches, food and other things to do. the property was very nice. I would certainly come back.

Awesome Place To Stay

The views are phenomenal, spacious for for 4 people, walk to beach for snorkeling, and a terrific location for staying on the north side of the island Also, great communication throughout the entire process.

Condo with amazing views

The condo is in an excellent location and has some beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place is very roomy. We enjoyed the interior amenities and the patio as well. It's located near many great restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed the place very much !!

Amazing property and mgmt

Anne was wonderful with her communication prior to the trip by providing great info and recommendations. The condo is amazing with its location, layout, decor and amenities. Our family - 2 girls and us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Best condo ever!

We loved everything about this place! It's so dreamy and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and surrounding beaches. I would be thrilled to visit this place again, my husband raved the entire time. If you're trying to decide on a spot in Princeville/Hanalei, pick this one!

Amazing Stay in Princeville

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here! Anne and George have beautiful property. I was in awe from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we would sit on the lanai and have a show from the whales. Everything was spotless and I appreciated all of the messages from Anne. It was centrally located to everything we did on the North Shore. We cannot wait to stay with them again! Thank you Anne and George for everything!

Ideal location. Stunning views. The property has everything you need and was super clean and well stocked. There was so much room to spread out - 2 living areas, large lanai and large bathrooms. The 2 beaches below the property were gorgeous and secluded. Also loved being next door to 1Hotel - we went to the hotel for lunch, dinners and used the beach. We did the Napali boat tour and it was so nice already being on this side of the island. Anne was very easy to communicate with and did a tremendous job giving us tons of helpful information before our trip to help with planning. Everything went seamlessly and would definitely return!! Really was sad to leave!!

Amazing location and home!

Kauai and this beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the home is lovely with all the needed amenities. This appears to be one of the nicest condos in the building.

Perfect for our family of four!

We loved staying at Anne & George's place in Princeville. The condo was perfect for us and our two daughters. The view is amazing, wonderful location and everything was super smooth. Not to mention it was spotless - not a small feat for a rental in Hawaii! We hope to be back!
