Renovated condominium with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Full size washer and dryer along with an oversized tub/shower. Living room is furnished with a comfortable full size sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining for two at the table located in the living room space. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store.2064742 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too!

Excellent location

This is a great location to stay for NCSU graduation. Close to campus and downtown. And walking distance to The Village District for groceries, retail shops and restaurants.

Great location!

Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Great place near PNC

Location was perfect for concert at PNC and visit to NC State. Short walk to Village where there are great options for food and shopping. Pictures are representative. Clean and comfy.

Raleigh gem

Stayed here during an in-person portion of a class at NC State. Neighborhood is very quiet and the location is perfect - close to both NC State and blocks from Cameron Village (grocery store/restaurants). Very clean and comfortable. I hope this unit is available during my next trip to Raleigh.

Great little get away close to everything

Quiet & ideal location

This 2nd floor unit was SO quiet and comfortable and was the perfect size. I loved the location, cleanliness, very comfortable bed & bedding, and lovely kitchen!

Quiet & cozy

The area and condo is perfect for visitng Raleigh. Next time we are in Raleigh we will rebook! I live in a more rural area and this condo was quieter than my house. 10/10!

Great location near downtown and good food

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive to questions. For some reason the VRBO app on my phone wasn't letting me follow links to directions and parking, but he contacted me at just the right time by text and walked us through it.

Fresh, clean, nicely appointed cozy apartment was perfect for our stay in Raleigh for the ACC Track and Field Championships. Close to campus, easy access, super quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return the next time we visit Raleigh.

Raleigh Bliss

Clean, well furnished, all utilities in order, close to shopping, resturants and very quiet neighborhood. If available, we'll use same property on our next trip to Raleigh to visit our grandkids.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician now working for a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This was our 1st unit we renovated in the same building that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
