BONNIE'S-Lakefront-Very Nice Home! Neighborhood Boat Launch

Sitting on over 2 lakefront acres, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two full levels of living space to have everyone enjoying their time together.
Main floor has Living Room, Full Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, and 2 car garage.

On the Lower Level (walk-out basement) you will find the large Family Room with full size pool table, media area, very nice kitchenette/wet bar, 2 bedrooms and 1 Full Bath. (2 King Beds, 1 Queen, 3 sets of Bunk Beds, and 2 Queen Air Mattresses).
Easy access to the lake for fishing and swimming is just 2 blocks down the road; you are welcome to park your car right at the end of the road, less than 100 feet from the water. You can bring your own 4-wheeler/Gator if you wish.

The grounds have rolling lawns, trees, and plenty of room outdoors, to enjoy lake living at its best, patios, deck, and a large covered front porch.
These homes are located just 6/10 of a mile off of paved road, but the road in is groomed gravel/dirt and easy to navigate.

Pet Fee is $45 per dog, per stay; up to 3 dogs maximum.
(Only first dog is included in quoted price. Please call or message back, if you are bringing more than one.)

Your reservation includes Waivo™ Damage Insurance Policy, which is now part of your property lease agreement. This damage insurance will show as a $40 "Administrative Fee" on your payment details.

Wonderful property

We stayed here for a week and loved it! This is a beautiful and well maintained property. Everyone in our party was comfortable and pleased with this property. The manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice.

Relax & Unwind

Good communication, responded back quickly to my questions prior to renting. We received an email about 10 days prior to check-in telling us we would have access code for check-in 24 hours in advance. We did have to reach out and ask for code, night before we left, but they did respond quickly. Our group consisted of 3 adults ( Grandpa, Grandma, Mommy, 3yr old grandson & family dog) The house was Very Nice, probably one of the nicest we have stayed at in our many years of using VRBO. The house was very clean, plenty of bedding, plenty of dishes, everything was very nice and comfortable. WiFi worked great, the beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for all, pool table was fun, no issues with neighbors, we seen deer, chipmunks, rabbits, all sorts of animals. Access to the lake from the house was almost impossible, & the walkway to the dock was partially underwater (too much for a 3yr old) so we didn't utilize the dock. I would say my only "reccomendations" would be to make the driveway a bit more user friendly and more obvious. The single bath towel per person provided were very small and would have a difficult time wrapping up a 8yr old child little lone an adult. For guests that are staying a full week I would think more than 2 dishwasher tabs would be provided for the whole week. None of these 'recommendations' warranted a call, or contact to property manager. So I am NOT COMPLAINING at all. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place & will not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Family Stay

Our family of adults and small children were super pleased with our stay. The house was plenty big for a large group and accessible to many outing options. We went out one day , but preferred staying around the lake and absorbing nature. Awesome trip, awesome rental!

Great house for large/multiple families

The house was large enough for our family of 7 and our dog. The location was remote, but that’s what we wanted. You can easily travel to Bentonville or Eureka Springs for the day.

If you have any issues during your vacation, we are available 24/7 and we are local which allows us to respond to your needs in person when necessary.
