The Space:
Note: The two couches are futons.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is right off the entrance hallway. The room can be entered through the attached bathroom or a separate door. The bedroom is on the inner side of the condo with no windows (a very quiet sleep). The bathroom has a door to the bedroom and to the common space in case guest (guest you brought with you not random guest) want to use without entering your bedroom. Or guests can lock the bathroom from the main living space and use their bathroom for the trip as a in suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Two queens right off the kitchen or use the second door from the living room. The bedroom has a bathroom located in the room. The bathroom has a full bathtub and a stand-up shower. The room is private but one of the walls does not go all the way up to the ceiling.
Just because we allow a certain amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet.

The Location is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis in the Wholesale District.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.

Note: NO PARTIES ALLOWED! IF YOU THROW A PARTY YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Note: There is the potential for noise on the weekends given the location is in the middle of downtown

Great Location

Stayed here for the Indy 500. The location was great, and the loft was very well maintained and clean. The team managing the property was extremely good at communicating and made the check in and out process seamless. Overall, great property and worth the stay.

Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly. The hosts Austin and Hunter had excellent communication without being intrusive. Overall A+, and definitely would love to stan again when in Indy! Thank you for hosting us.

Excellent location, Great communication!!

This was a great location, and the communication was excellent, from booking to departing. These lofts are huge, and pretty much have everything you need for a relaxing trip. Of course with any well loved rental there are some things that could use attention. But overall it was amazing!! We will stay here again.

Great Spot In Downtown Indy!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in downtown Indy. The place was spotless, extremely comfortable beds (which I didn't expect), great linens and close to everything. Scooters were parked right outside and it made our daily commute to the convention center a breeze. Would certainly stay here again! We reserved both of the owners units, this one is on the top floor. They were both great!

Amazing location. Close to all the actions. We were in town for a colts game and the stadium was a 5 minute walk away. We parked our car in the parking garage on arrival and didn't touch it again until we left as everything we needed was within walking distance.

In the middle of the action.

Not the place to stay if you are looking for a quite, relaxing weekend. The description of the property makes this clear and they are not kidding. We were in town for the 500. Also there was a Pacers playoff game at the fieldhouse, one block away. The place served our purposes well. When we were not out and about, we enjoyed the pool table. In reality, there are only 5 beds in the place, including the two fold down couches in the main room. So unless there are people sharing beds, that's the capacity. All communication with the hosts was by email, but they were quite responsive to our needs in that medium. All in all, we had a really fun time in Indy based out of this property.

Great Location

Clean and spacious place with great location for convention center access. Plenty of dining options nearby. Appreciate quick communication with property manager regarding any security questions.

City center loft

Excellent location in the center of town, easy parking arrangements, clean and comfortable. Austin (my contact) was on top of all arrangements especially when dates for event in town changed. Will recommend to others and hope to stay at same again next time in town.
