Well-appointed and ideally located within walking distance of the lifts, this family-friendly mountain condo is the perfect choice for your getaway to Breck. Spend relaxing afternoons outside on your balcony, watching people come and go with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Back inside, flip on the gas fireplace, snuggle up on the couch, and watch movies or plan your next adventure with loved ones.

Whenever hunger strikes, you'll have a kitchen with modern appliances and utensils to assist in preparing hearty meals. After dinner each evening, gather around the handsome dining table for board games and leave the day's clothes in the care of the private washer/dryer.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Sunday Market for delicious food and a chance to mix with local vendors.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

Positives —Great location - very convenient. Short walk to lift - ski rental options right there. Many restaurants/shops right there. Parking in garage very convenient. Comfortable for party of 4 (2 adults / 2 kids). Also had sofa pullout mattress. Negatives —Master Bedroom mattress very soft / master bathroom shower small/dated.

Unit needs some TLC

This was the fourth time we have stayed on this overall property, the first time in this unit. I really should have read the reviews before booking. The main bed is old, the dishwasher leaked, old toiletries were left in the main shower, indicating that the unit itself probably wasn’t clean. There was trash already in the trash bin. This was a big expense to fork over for a unit that wasn’t clean. The kitchen has very basic amenities. The one forgiving aspect of this general location is that it is the best place to stay in Breckenridge, but I would never recommend staying in this particular unit unless more work is done on it. it needs significant deep clean.

Very Disappointed..would

The location to town and ski resort was great. The actual condo was very disappointing. The washing machine flooded the bathroom and we were left without a washer and dryer for the week. We had to walk down the hall to do all of our laundry from our days out on the slopes in a public laundry room. It left us tethered to the condo where we would have rather been out enjoying the town. The linens seemed dirty and the condo was outdated. We would stay in this location again but not this condo. Very disappointing for the amount of money that we spent.

Great location for skiing and enjoying Breckinridge!

Very nice and roomy condo that is 0.3 miles from the Quicksilver Express lift on Peak 9. It's literally 5 minutes around Maggies Pond and we were on the lift which never very busy. 10 minutes at best (it was April). The property is on Main Street so we were able walk right out and into the heart of Breckenridge. The place has the usual adequate but not impressive cooking utensils, so we ate at home for lunch and breakfast but chose to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner. For shopping I strongly advise heading 7 miles up the road to Santa Fe where there is a Super Wallmart and Safeway which are waaay cheaper than stores in Breckinridge. My only complaint about the condo was the mattresses in the second bedroom were definitely in need of replacement. Otherwise, the location, room size, large 55 inch TV with multiple cable options and helpful but very relaxed staff made for a great Spring Break vacation with my two adult sons. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Perfect location for easy access to Main Street, restaurants, shopping, etc. Layout is very good. Property is in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great place!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying in #1212. This unit had everything we needed. Our kids loved the heated pool with a gorgeous view of the Mts. We loved being just steps away from Breck main Street...all the shopping and restaurants. Vacasa was easy to work with.

Location was GREAT! Property needs updating as a whole. In particular unit: 1: bedding in the queen size bed in The bunk room FULL of black hair 2: floor of bathroom attached to bunk room full of black hair 3: throw carpets in Master bath so unsanitary 4: master shower door does not close

Quick ski trip

This was a great location. Close to ski lift, restaurants and shopping. Free ski storage was handy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was a little limited on cooking supplies but we didn't do a lot of cooking so it was ok. Great place to stay!

Great stay in Breckenridge!

We had a great stay at Main St Station. Our group of 5 had plenty of room in the condo. The best part is the location - close to shopping, skiing, & plenty of dining options. We would love to stay here again!

This rental is a keeper!

This has been one of our favorite rentals in the Breckenridge/Keystone area!!! It had almost everything we needed. There is a king size bed in one room with a desk and plenty of drawer space in the dressers/nightstands. The second bedroom had a bunk bed with trundle so plenty of space for three kids to sleep. The puzzles and games were very welcome! The kitchen was well appointed, only thing we could have used was a flipper/spatula for making pancakes. The dishwasher was quiet enough to run while we were home. The location is great for skiing as long as peak 9 is open. This is not a certainty for thanksgiving. The free shuttle system was also not running yet so transportation around thanksgiving may be difficult if you do not have a car. There is no ski storage so we kept our gear in the car. We did hear public noise, both from the hallway and outside in the square but it wasn’t troublesome. We very much loved this setup and would absolutely come back to this location again.

Perfect Stay for Family of Four

We loved the home. It was well maintained, very clean and the management company was super responsive on additional requests. The location was perfect if you want to be around restaurants, shopping and nightlife. My only complaint, if I had to think of one, is the private deck did not provide a view of the mountain landscape.

Great location, but would recommend a different unit

The location to Main Street was fabulous. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping. The main office staff was friendly and accommodating. The main issue we had was the noise outside the condo. We slept with the windows open (no air conditioning), but there was an exhaust fan from one of the restaurants that ran constantly during our entire trip. It was very annoying. Also, we were woken several times due to the noise from people walking through the square. People walking through, screaming at 2:00am was quite disrespectful. The kids enjoyed the games that were available in the condo and overall we had a good stay.
