Completely renovated top to bottom. New kitchen, baths, paint, carpets, lighting and designer furniture and decor.
King size bed in each bedroom with pillow top mattresses.
Large balcony off master bedroom and living room. Additional private balcony off second bedroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for extended stay. All new high end stainless steel appliances, including microwave. Initial coffee and condiments supplied.
All kitchen essentials

Comfortable living room with slider to patio. Work desk and cozy electric fireplace.

- In accordance with the City of Palm Spring a written rental agreement along with a signed "Good Neighbor Brochure" is required prior to the occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property. . (PLEASE REVIEW THE VACATION SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT BELOW)

- HOA Rules and Regulations states that all occupants must be respectful of noise levels at all times. This includes playing loud music or TV's.

- As per Palm Springs Noise Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10PM to 10 AM

- Occupancy Limit: Not to exceed a total of four (4) people

- No events, parties or large gatherings allowed

It doesn‘t get better!

Just Perfect! The compound is beautiful,very tidy and very well taken care of. Very quiet!Great views of the mountains.Apartment is spotlessly clean and well furnished and Peter a great attentive host! A great stay altogether!

Enjoying the desert

The property was just like described, with the pictures being very accurate. The unit was very clean and neat and well stocked with every day items. The property was very secure and we always felt safe. Peter was a very good host and met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know.

Fabulous Views!

Enjoyed our time in Palm Springs. The condo was clean, beautiful and quiet. Loved having meals on the patio. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Amazing property in Palm Springs!

Peter is an exceptional host! The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Can't say enough about how pleased we were with the host and his property. We highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

what a perfect place!

We totally enjoyed this condo. The furnishings and amenities are first class, and the view from the balcony is FANTASTIC. The property manager provides excellent service and was always available for the few questions we had. We HIGHLY RECOMMMEND this property!

Stay at Mesquite, Palm Springs CA

In our 30 years coming to Palm Springs this property was the finest we ever stayed at. Our host met and explained about the parking, codes, rules and interior features. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to do it again.

Amazing!!

Wow!! What an amazing property! This condo had everything you could want or need. The property is also beautifully maintained inside and out. Peter was great to talk to and met us onsite when we arrived. I highly recommend this location. I’ve stayed in a few different places in the area and this one is, by far, the best.

Enjoyed this condo!

Thoughtful amenities, tastefully decorated, convenient location near park, hiking, dining, shopping, & golf. Would certainly stay there again. 2nd floor is nice and quiet, overlooks pool, great views of the mountains. Network TV, streaming, and Wi-Fi all included. Looked freshly painted, well maintained, and very clean.

Views and Comfort

Peter provides a wonderful, well equipped, comfortable refuge just minutes from all the spots you want to go in Palm Springs. The place comes well equipped and accurately described. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. No negatives and only positives. We hope to stay again.

Amazing 2 weeks!

Communication with Peter was very good. Great welcome with a goody-bag :-) The place is spotlessly clean and is even much better than shown on the pictures. Great views of the mountains and of the pool. Very comfy bed & well equipped apt. Quiet and super well-kept & maintained gated community. We spent 17 nights and immediately felt at home. Was hard to leave this great place…..

Quiet, spacious, lovely place to stay

My husband and I loved our stay here. Peter had a wonderful welcome and the snacks and coffee were a great treat for an evening arrival. The place is spacious, ideal for 1 or 2 couples. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could think of. We loved the 2 patios, and a pool just a few steps away. We almost always had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Just a few miles from the Palm Springs strip, we had exceptional food at our fingertips. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Outstanding!

Amazing property! This condo is beautiful in every detail! It was quiet, the views of the mountains: stunning! And the pool off the deck makes you feel like it's your own private space. Having my coffee in the morning while the sun filled the living room was so relaxing. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful stay and the brand new everything in this home makes it a carefree stay. I couldn't have asked for a more stunning place to take my holiday vacation in! Thank you, Peter, for the welcome gift and an amazingly beautiful place for me to stay! LOVED every moment in your home!

Truly wonderful!

Peter's communication was excellent. He greeted us upon arrival and provided detailed instructions and information for everything we might need. The condo was impeccably clean, which is very important to me (including drawers, baseboards, inside and outside the washer/dryer, and even a glass chandelier – I can't imagine how challenging that must be to clean!). I travel a lot and this is the cleanest place I have stayed in. The furniture was both comfortable and functional. The beds were extremely cozy, and there was ample space for clothes, even for someone who packs a lot! The kitchen was well-stocked with extras like paper towels, napkins, dish detergent, stove-top cleaner, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. The community itself was quiet and well-maintained, with the pool being cleaned daily. Plus, the condo offered a fantastic view of the mountains. I will state the obvious... I would love to stay here again!

5* and then some, highly recommend

This property far exceeded expectations. It was spotless, had absolutely everything we needed plus extras - toiletries, laundry & cleaning products, towels & linens galore, kitchen extras like tea, coffee, condiments etc. and a fabulous welcome basket. Location was perfect for various towns, museums, trails, etc., the two balconies were just lovely, and the views were spectacular. Peter was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Giving this beautiful, comfortable condo just 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. It really enhanced our stay in Palm Springs and I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. If we’re lucky enough to return to beautiful Palm Springs we’d most definitely Italy love to stay here again. Thank you Peter for making us feel so welcome and making our visit extra special.

AMAZING

The property was wonderful!!It was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay!! It was just steps from the pool and hot tub and the views were great from 2 different balconies!! We thought the condo community was very safe and everyone was friendly..Also it was a very quiet area. Communications with Peter our host were great and he quickly responded to any inquiries we had.He met us at the gate when we arrived and went through the condo with us and there was a lovely gift bag for us with snacks,water,sunglasses,lip balm etc, which was so thoughtful. The condo is setup nicely for 2 couples or a family,we had alot of room as there was only 2 of us!!The master suite is VERY large and comfortable!!We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and will undoubtedly try to stay here again if we are ever back this way. it is definitely 5 Star Plus accommodation!!

Wonderful property- very quiet and safe. Super close to downtown PS and surrounding suburbs. Peter was communicative and responded timely. The condo is great & has everything you would need. Would definitely return!

The best place I’ve ever stayed

You will be verrrrry pleased with this property! My friend and I stayed a week here. The pictures on the website only touch the surface! It’s everything that’s described and looks like the pictures but it feels even bigger in person and it’s beautifully decorated. Peter met us at 9:45pm at the gated community with a parking pass and keys to the gate and the pool. He showed us around the property and handed us a welcome/gift bag that had popcorn, cookies, 2 pair of sunglasses, and a few other things. Very thoughtful and welcoming! We quickly got settled and began to enjoy all of the small touches everywhere - like having flowers (artificial) in each room, pretty pictures on the walls, clocks, fans, coasters for all of the furniture, lots of sample sized shampoos and conditioners, coffee filters AND ground coffee (we choose to use this coffee mixed with another flavored coffee that we bought), plenty of boxes of Kleenex, large amounts of towels both for the bathroom and for the pool/hot tub. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen too with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, cups/glasses, napkins, paper towels, utensils of every shape and size…. I can’t say enough about it. It was so easy to cook and feel like I was at home. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. Each of the King sized beds were in lovely bedrooms that felt like home too - and each has their own balcony. I also need to mention that Peter texted us after 2 days just to see how things were going and see if we needed anything. It was a welcomed, unexpected surprise. I HIGHLY recommend this property. We felt very fortunate to have stayed here!!

What a perfect stay!

Everything in the condo was super clean, and the location was perfect (view of the pool and mountains from the balcony). The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and all the furnishings were new and beautiful. There was plenty of everything, including lots of linens. We really enjoyed the welcome package of treats and beverages, especially since we arrived after dark. Peter met us when we arrived, and his instructions were very helpful. We couldn't have been happier with this property and owner!
