Great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was fantastic with a nice pool, easy access to the beach and crabby steve's on site for drinks/food. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Beds were also very comfortable.

Loved our week at the beach. The location could not be more ideal and the beach setup was such a nice amenity. Owner was very responsive and the condo was perfect for our family. It was a fantastic stay!

Great beach vacation

The Rosemary Beach area is a great family vacation spot. Very clean, great shops and restaurants, sidewalks for easy walking access to all, nightly live music in a public space, and more. It has a community feel v. touristy (though it is all vacationers) - no neon signs, water parks, etc. (but they are just down the highway if you want them). The property was great with a nice pool, Crabby Steve's for a quick meal or drink, and, of course, easy access to a private beach. Was a great vacation!

Wonderful stay in the Rosemary/Seacrest Area

This is our second time staying in Brad’s condo and as always it was a great stay! We love the location, the condo has everything we need, and everything was neat and tidy. Would recommend to anyone!

Great condo

Great location, within short walking distance of everything in Rosemary. The beach at the property was not as crowded as neighboring properties, which was nice. The large pool was great too for days when the ocean was rough.This condo was perfect for our family!

A snowbird’s paradise

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with essential pans, cooking utensils, etc.. The owner was wonderful to work with and was accommodating in every way. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Excellent condo for our family with 3 teenagers. Easy access to pool, beach and restaurants. Host is very responsive and condo is as advertised. This was our 3rd trip to Seacrest and would stay at this condo again.

Wonderful property!

The condo and property were beautiful. Ocean currents kept us out of water, but the beautiful and spacious pool kept us playing in the sunshine! Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful! I would definitely go again!

Perfect location

Great spring break stay w my two boys (4 & 6) and husband. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo was better than the pictures posted - I think the primary bath has been updated since. Just wish the pool was heated and that the tennis courts weren’t under construction.

Great first trip to the area!

We had a great 5 night stay here! The owner promptly answered any questions I had and was easy to work with. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious, just as the pictures showed. Our view from our balcony was amazing - overlooked the beautiful pool with the Gulf in the background. The unit was located towards the front of the complex which was perfect as we were very close to the shopping area/restaurants across the street. We've already recommended the place to our friends and family and we can't wait to go back ourselves!

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
