The cottage is built over beautiful Crescent Lake with a secure dock leading from the gate at the shore to the front door of the home, giving you fantastic lake views with privacy. The 1400 sq.ft. home is built on the edge of a deep water drop off which makes for great fishing from the decks of the home. The property also boasts a boat house large enough for 2 bass boats if you bring your boat (2 free boat ramps are located on either side of the cottage within walking distance with plenty of parking). Crescent Lake is fed by Dunns Creek off of the St. John’s River which is navigable by boat and is centrally located between Orlando, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville giving you multiple choices for activities during your stay. Seas the Day Cottage sleeps 6 and has 2 full baths. The kitchen has double ovens and a full refrigerator/freezer along with a large wet bar/island. The living room boasts fantastic lake views in every direction. The home is located in Crescent City within walking distance of 2 restaurants.
