A split-level home, the downstairs has a Furnished Breezeway leading to the 2 generously furnished Master Suites. Both with King Size Beds, En-Suite Bathrooms, and a furnished patio. The Upstairs with its Vaulted Ceilings & Fan is the heart of the home with the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room & Guest Suite with 2 Twin Beds and a full bathroom.

This is an ideal location, nestled in the heart of Princeville. We enjoy the exclusivity of the gated entrance. The resort community is expertly maintained. The sparkling pool, hot jacuzzi, and gas BBQ grills are steps away.

With air-conditioning in each of the three bedrooms, this home offers cool comfort after sunny days spent exploring paradise. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Two Full Master Suites with King Beds, Spa-Inspired Ensuite Bathrooms, and Furnished Patios. One Guest Room with two Twin Beds and a bathroom upstairs next to the living room. Dedicated Parking Spot for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles park at the nearby Golf Course. Enjoy the privacy and security of a gated entrance, plus access to the sparkling pool, soothing jacuzzi, and BBQ grill.
