Other Details to Note
* **Rental Agreement:** A separate Rental Agreement is required and must be e-signed upon booking. Your unique door code for check-in will be activated only after the agreement is signed. Review the Rental Agreement terms in the House Rules section.
* **Check-In/Out Times:** Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Your secure door code will be sent at 11:00 AM on your arrival day and will only be active for the duration of your stay.
* **Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:** Check-in details are sent at 11:00 AM local time on your arrival day. If the home becomes ready earlier, you’ll be automatically notified with an updated check-in time as soon as it’s available. If you’d like to arrive before noon, a pre-night must be added to your reservation. Discounted pre-night add-ons may become available within 3 days of arrival, based on availability. We’re unable to accommodate late check-outs due to our cleaning schedule. If you need to depart after 11:00 AM, please add a post-night to your reservation.
* **Luggage Drop-Off:** We are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off. We can recommend several excellent local companies to assist with your bags.
* **Accessibility:** Please note that the home has stairs. There is one flight of stairs to enter the townhome, and additional stairs inside.
* **Child Safety:** The home is not child-proofed. We ask that you please be mindful of breakables and furnishings. We do not supply baby gear but can recommend a local rental company.
* **Safety:** Your safety is important. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras (never interior), contactless entry, carbon monoxide monitors, fire extinguishers, and an emergency fire escape ladder.
* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly advise reviewing your selected cancellation policy and purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.
