Harbour Oaks condominiums, offered by Hodnett Cooper, are located near the Village, convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. | Nestled in a quiet area on Mallery Street, just blocks from the St. Simons Island Pier, lighthouse and oceanfront Neptune Park. Walk or bike from your residence to the village shops, restaurants and the beach!

This quiet, gated community features a swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness facility. Beautifully landscaped with canals wrapping through the various buildings.

#119, located on the ground floor, is pleasingly furnished and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with enclosed sunroom.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Please be advised that a roofing project is scheduled at this property during the months of January and February. Work will take place during daytime hours and may involve noise. We appreciate you’re understanding as the Harbour Oaks Home Owners Association complete these improvements.

Short Visit Great Stay

Our stay was a short however the property was clean, quiet and close to the pier and shops. The canal was great to watch fish and turtles. The rental property kept us up to date on our arrival, stay and departure. Great stay!

St. Simmons beach and close to restaurant villages

St. Simmons beach and close to restaurant villages. This was a great community to stay in. It was peaceful and very quiet. It was few minutes walk to one of several villages that had great restaurants and close to the St.Simmons pier and lighthouse.

Wonderful Condo, very quite and lovely. Enjoyed having morning coffee beside the canal watching the turtles swim. The only concern was the commode in the main bathroom. It was unstable and also the fixtures for the tub/shower need an upgrade. Other than those two items, all else was perfect. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was nice to be on the ground floor as well as clear designated parking. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were nicely spaced out. It was clean. Overall, appliances worked sufficiently though some had issues that were still functional. Location was very nice to be able to walk into town. There is easy access to the community pool.We took advantage of the beach equipment through free delivery and return, which was great going to the beach. Though the beach was not walking distance, it was only minutes of a drive away with ample parking to the public. The ac temperature was great to be able to come in from the hot day out.

Great property. Bedrooms were wonderful with attached bathrooms. Front door lock was hard to open and that was addressed with property manager.
