It also has a pullout couch that is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. Remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service. If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Very pleasant stay! The condo, located on the beachfront, provides a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room. All the amenities for a confortable stay are present within the unit. The premises are cleanThe unit has one bedroom with a king size bed // recommend for couples and small families with children having the opportunity to sleep on the sofa bed. Heated indoor and outdoor pools are located on-site which makes for a pleasant swim after a brisk sessions in the ocean during the winter time:-). Restaurants are nearby and groceries/supplies can be obtained from a big box store located less than five minutes by car. Free parking for one car is made available on a well lit lot located on the other side of the street in front of the condo unit. Interaction with the host are always professional, courteous and responses are timely/very rapid. Very satisfied with the stay.

Great rental on beachfront with several pools!

We booked a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach and were very happy with this rental! The location is directly on the beachfront on the 14th floor and the pictures posted on VRBO are accurate to real life! Parking is directly across the street and there is a designated lot as well as a crosswalk and a small drive-up to the entrance that has luggage carts. We did not watch the televisions but did use the internet access without issues. This condo provided towels, linens for the bed, toilet paper, and a selection of kitchen items. There is a Walmart nearby that we used to purchase food and drinks but there were several restaurants and shops within walking distance which was also convenient! The property manager responded quickly and gave a very detailed email explanation of the expectations as well as recommendations of things to do and places to eat during our stay. Prior to arrival we had some concerns about cleanliness levels and amount of face-to-face contact due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but were pleasantly surprised to see that everything was clean, check in/out was contactless (with keypad entry) and to see everyone working at the resort wearing masks as directed. The maintenance crews were there daily cleaning the pools, wiping down handrails, picking up trash, and vacuuming common areas. All of the pools were open and clean! Our 8 year old daughter loved all of the pools (outdoor, indoor, kiddie pool, the lazy river and the layout deck)! There were ample amounts of chairs and umbrellas to use to ensure social distancing between us and other guests while enjoying the pools. The beach access is shared with public but that was also cleaned daily. There were several chairs and umbrellas available to rent if you did not have your own beach chairs. Overall, our stay was great! Beautiful weather, a comfortable and clean condo, amazing views of the beach, and excellent pool space! We were very happy with our stay!

Terrible location

If you are interested in loud ass music from a bunch of teenagers with too much money, or want to have a miniature Vegas trip, this is your place. Beach was crowded and dirty, restaurants were jammed full and the “questionable” people were in full swing. Condo was as described. Definitely will NOT be staying in this area again. If you are looking for a relaxing stay somewhere away from the “vegas strip” feel, stay 20 minutes south or north of myrtle beach. Lesson learned the hard way

Dump with a great view

The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean...all else was terrible. Unit is advertised as sleeps 4 (queen bed and sofa bed). The sofa bed had brown stains on the sheets and you could see all the wires through the thin cloth covering. Not fit for any living thing. I had to purchase an air mattress for my kids. The queen bed was slightly better than using the floor. The sheets appeared clean but were badly wrinkled. The kitchen floor was sticky at check in. All walls and some doors have major scuffs and look run down in general. The carpet is peeling up where it meets the tile. My wife got stuck in foot with staple sticking out in this area. The pools on the property look great however they were never cleaned during my 3 night stay. Water looked murky and hot tubs were half full of water. The property has good potential but has been poorly managed and neglected.
