We were extremely satisfied with our stay and had an amazing time! The house was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was absolutely incredible — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and definitely plan to be back!

Another great stay at the Blue Grotto!! The house is very spacious & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the road, great beach days & amazing sunsets. We walked to most bars & restaurants. We enjoyed The Feast, Freckled Finn, Fifty Three Fifty & Doctors Office Bar & Garden. Drove to The Waterfront, it was excellent. We also went to the Tiki Bar/Floridays for lunch and it was fabulous!! Shout out to Dcoy Ducks!!

Great place!

The Blue Grotto was a great property - great location, pool, extras including an abundance of beach chairs & a well stocked kitchen. The house was roomy for 6 teens/adults - we had a wonderful vacation there!

Great location.

We stayed Oct. 22-28 and really enjoyed it. Very clean and well stocked. Perfect weather and we enjoyed having the pool. I would go walking every morning and then my husband and I would take off on our bikes. It is in a great location.

Best Location on the Island

For the price, the Blue Grotto is one of the best locations for a week stay anywhere on the island. Super close to grocery, restaurant, coffee, and souvenir shopping needs. The house was clean and comfortable and big enough for a large family if needed. The pool was shaded just enough so that you could escape the suns rays and bask in the warm water if you felt you were getting too much sun. Best of all the house sits a short stroll from a wide quiet beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Clean and Convenient

Host answered all our questions. Pool was heated to a comfortable temp. House was very clean and spacious. Direct walk of a block and a half to beach which was not crowded. Short walk on beach to public beach access with restaurant and bar. Very relaxing trip.

Awesome getaway!

Perfect location! Restaurants, bars, shopping, beach all within walking distance. House is beautiful and spacious and very well equipped with everything you need!! The private yard and pool was just icing on the cake! We had an amazing stay and the recommendations were great! Any questions I had were responded to immediately! The only downside was our stay was not long enough! We can't wait to come back!

Fall Break Vacation

We had a blast during our stay at the Blue Grotto. The house had everything a family would need. We all enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was very short and convenient. There were plenty of chairs and toys for the kids to play with at the beach. The place was spotless and we had plenty of room to unwind during our stay. Overall a great location with many restaurants within walking distance and a Publix a short drive from the house which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Anna Marie Island.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is spacious, beautifully kept, and has everything you could possibly need. The backyard with the pool, loungers, umbrellas, and grill was perfect for relaxing evenings.The location is unbeatable — just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ocean, with soft white sand and stunning turquoise water. No cars, no crossing streets — just pure paradise at your doorstep.Traveling with a baby was made so easy — there was a playpen with a comfortable mattress where our little one slept peacefully at night, and a high chair for feeding. The backyard had boxes full of water toys for kids, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards — it’s so nice not to worry about what to pack or how to entertain your child (or yourself!).A special thank you to the owners of this wonderful home — such kind, friendly, and communicative people. Any question we had was answered or resolved immediately.I will truly miss this place as we head back to Illinois, and we hope to return next year!

Perfect Beach Location, Updated, Comfy Home

Short walk in one of the nicest A.M.I. neighborhoods to the uncrowded part of the beach. Nicely updated bathrooms (love the tucked-away showers) and tile floors throughout the spacious home. Open floor plan and both bathrooms are accessible from hallway. Comfy beds and large, comfy family room couch. Especially enjoyed the comfy outdoor furniture for coffee and hanging at the pool when we were not at the beach. Well-appointed amenities welcome guests and makes one feel in their home away from home. Hosts are easy to communicate with as well. My family and I would definitely choose to stay at the Blue Grotto again! Thank you Kelly and Domenico!

Great property- Excellent for young family

Beautiful, modern, spacious house. Very short walk to white sand beach. We appreciated the beach toys and wagon being available. The pool heater was not functioning properly, but the owner was readily available and diligent in getting it taken care of eventually. Great first experience on AMI and we would rent this property again if returning.

Fantastic rental!

After staying in many homes in this area Blue Grotto was by far the best location, steps from the beach, bars, restaurants & shops. The house was amazing! It was clean with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable spacious seating, huge soft beds and great pool area with everything needed for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, toys & a cart for easy transportation! Correspondence with host was easy, fast & friendly. Would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

We very much enjoyed this house ! The location is 2 min from the beach, the private pool was very clean and a nice feature with good quality out door furniture to relax . The beds were comfortable and had the softest sheets.the kitchen was stocked with utensils and everything needed to cook. The bathrooms were big with walk in showers. The whole house was exactly as described and had everything you needed to relax and have a great vacation! Owners were very communicative and their welcome email was very helpful with a ton of information about the island. We would book again!!! :)
